The first time Maxeys came out they cleaned my unit and advised me to get a new filter. I called them to come out the next day because the issue wasn't resolved. The AC technician came out again and adjusted the freon and told me "if that doesn't work then you will need a new unit". ( it didn't fix the issue) I called another company the next day, they put in 2lbs of freon and my AC is now working perfectly. I rated maxes 1 star because they never properly diagnosed the issue and I had to pay them and another company to get my issue fixed. I just don't like paying companies for nothing.
