Chipotle Mexican Grill

The line was short. the food was good.
All the drinks were full. It was a typical day at Chipotle, actually it was night time. The only problem I had was I lied when I said I wasn't going to eat the whole burrito bowl, but I did because it was so good. Now I'm full at bedtime. Mayne next time I'll do better.

All the employees were so pleasant and helpful. Being a young crew I wasn't expecting such great service. Great job hiring and training good employees with. A good attitude and work ethic. My boyfriend had never been now he is a hug fan.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in forever and a day it feels like. I kind of forgot how I order. The guy behind the counter guided me through it and answered my ridiculous question about a protein. (Appreciate it man, that was a “duh moment” for sure.)

Got to the register and the cashier was genuinely cool and personable.

I know things are tough right now for the food industry between things like lettuce shortages, and suppliers not being able to provide everything as usual. Then, staffing is a whole other beast. Maybe not everyday everything goes as smoothly as it could.

BUT, Today’s Chipotle was a treat for myself on a rainy afternoon. (Buyer be prepared it’s an expensive treat.) Today they had everything I asked for, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was phenomenal, (as I’m sure they strive to be everyday.)

Thank you to everyone behind the counter - Lunch was great and I appreciate you all.

This cannot be the Chipotle that my fam loves.

We both ordered the steak burrito bowl.
We were told they were “out of rice.” Okay. $hit happens. Busy. Ran out of rice.

Steak. 5 small pieces of steak. Ummm.
So, no rice, 5 pcs of steak.

I can see the bottom of my bowl. $12+

Finally have a Chipotle in Statesville!!!!

The building is brand new and very clean. The staff was very friendly and laid back. This will definitely be the spot to go for so many Chipotle fans. The location is convenient and fast service. Great job Chipotle!!!

Absolutely love their food. I'm not a cilantro lover but I love it n their food. Yummy n my tummy 😋. Lol

By far the freshest best cooked best tasting chipotle are there to eat. Restaurant was super clean and well stocked.

The food is always good except for one time. An employee dumped a cup of water in sofritas that was drying up in the container when I ordered sofritas rice bowl. My whole plate was watery and water was leaking from the paper plate.

I had the best chipotle tacos I’ve ever had at this location, the walk up drive up window is so convenient, and it’s always super clean.

I was on a road trip with my buddies, and we were pretty ready to stretch our legs and get some food in our bellies. Traffic was not great so we were delayed be an hour. Another rough part of the trip to this point was how I really had to use the restroom! We finally stopped for a gas station but then it didn’t have a bathroom…which forced us to go a few miles down the road to different gas station. I was thankful because they did have a restroom! I don’t think I would’ve been able to hold it much longer…what a relief. The only issue with this stop was I forgot to buy a snack, and realized it immediately once we got back on the interstate. So hungry in the car.

I had a chicken bowl and it was good.

I was on a road trip with my buddies. I was pretty hungry even though I had snacked on some dill flavored sunflower seeds that I had acquired at a gas station while one buddy used the restroom. I kinda wanted to go to olive garden because when you're there, you're family, but I wasn't disappointed with my eventual burrito bowl which ended up being very filling, which is arguably better than family. I was satiated at the end of the meal. Thanks Chipotle.

I've ordered a burrito & chips for lunch a few times now and i've never had an issue. i use the app & it's always ready before the estimated pickup time. i honestly don't understand where all these "bland" comments are coming from unless you guys lost your taste recently 👀 even the chips have a LOT of flavor.

anyway it's great, try it out, be careful if you can't handle spicy because those salsas 🥵

Dine in, Food was excellent, quiet atmosphere, My server Took good care of my order But My Wife server didn't give her enough on her order her bowl was less meat & beans but again Food Excellent

Food tasted good. Restaurant is a little on the small side but I didn’t have any problems. I don’t really understand all the negative reviews. Supply issues are everywhere and most restaurants run out of stuff now and with them being new with a lot of customers they run out too. I have found that if you want more of a topping all you have to do is ask. I have been 3 times and loved it each time.

Facility is fine, portions are generous. All the bad reviews are people who expected literal perfection on the first couple days of being open. Most likely nobody here except the manager has ever worked at a Chipotle, so holding it to the standard of “needs to be perfect or it sucks,” is asinine.

I absolutely love this place you get so much food here!! The food is hot and fresh!

I was on a road trip with my buddies. We were deciding between chipotle, jimmy johns, and Chick-fil-A. We had chick fil a for lunch so that wasn’t it. We were nervous about chipotle because we wanted speed. We tried to order online but our phone didn’t like the website. So we came in person and we are glad that we did. Rice, beans, meat, cheese. It is the Devine.

Absolutely wonderful! Been here about five times waiting about two weeks prior to visiting in order for any kinks to be worked out. I can say every visit has been excellent, food is plentiful, workers have been very positive upbeat and kind! My new favorite in town! Keep up the good work!

Food was great as always with any Chipotle. Staff was very friendly as well, which was a pleasant surprise. It was pretty dark outside though and we weren't sure they were open. It was 9pm, maybe brighten the outdoors up a little. Otherwise excellent.
