Very Responsive! We have an aging membrane that started leaking back in September. They came out fairly quickly to access the issue and fixed it the same day. Great company. They did several follow ups to make sure the repair was still working. Would use again.

I don’t care how nice of a roof they can put on, their integrity is lacking. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Radco stemming from an incident February 21st when one of their company vehicles was pulling a trailer with no equipment on it at about 530 in the morning on 77 south in Columbia South Carolina. Multiple pieces of gravel fell from this trailer peppering my windshield with multiple cracks. I was initially angry, but decided to extend the courtesy to this business to give them an opportunity to make it right. I called the business upon their opening and asked to speak to whomever is in charge of safety . I was provided the phone number and spoke to Cris Giron . I provided the mile marker, the truck number, and the trailer tag number. Cris informed me he was a manager, apologized for the incident, explained that the driver picked the equipment up very early and didn’t throughly check it over. Mr. Giron assured me via phone calls and text (see pictures) that they would take care of the windshield . I was strung along for multiple days including Mr. giron telling me he thought it had already been handled. After about a week or 2 of being extremely patient my patience began to wane and I was told to call the controller. The controller then informed me that they wouldn’t be paying contrary to the commitment they had already made. Because “they don’t carry gravel”. While they may not routinely or intentionally carry gravel, this would have been discovered during a proper pre trip inspection of the equipment. The time to dispute it was day one when I extended them the courtesy. I told the controller when she refused to pay I’d allow one more brief period for them to do the right thing. They elected not to. Their lack of integrity likely extends in multiple directions and it is probably best to steer clear. I told them if they didn’t do the right thing I’d take their written agreement to pay to small claims court, and inform the public how they conduct business. Now I’m here, as promised because I’m a man of my word, unlike the individuals representing Radco. Please see the attached screenshots. I look forward to updating the public upon completion of my small claims case.

The worst company ever I gave them a shot to do some work at one of my facilities and 9 months later I am still waiting. Not a professional company at all.
