Me & my wife woke up starving. We wanted a good local breakfast spot. I drive by this place all the time so I decided to go. Nice little country restaurant. The servers were friendly and professional. I ordered the Philly omelette with home fries toast & grits. My wife ordered the special, which was a seafood platter with flounder, shrimp stuffed crab onion rings & coleslaw.

When I say everything was very delicious I mean it. Everything was cooked perfectly, generous portions and not too expensive. Oh and I highly recommend the banana pudding 😋 we will definitely be back!

It’s been 15 years since I’ve eaten here because I’m never this way in the morning. But wow it was really really great. Awesome food, quickly served, hot food, and a really nice atmosphere. Servers were very polite and checked on us often to see how food was and if we needed anything else. Great job Lowesville Cafe. The only thing missing was the fresh preserves when the previous owners had it. That was alway a nice ending to the meal but not expected since hands have changed. It won’t be 15 years for our next visit that’s a guarantee.

I enjoy breakfast here often with work friends and my extremely picky coworker is always as happy with his choice as I am with my own. My eggs are always how I like em and we all love their home fries. I'm a corn beef hash guy and they make it right.
The Greek chicken souvlaki was perfectly seasoned and a nice salad with fries as well. Plenty of food for the hungry.

If Mayberry existed in 2019, it would feature a diner exactly like the Lowesville Cafe. This bustling little spot is frequented by all manner of friendly locals, some of whom likely eat here every day. I wouldn't be surprised to find Aunt Bea in the kitchen, and Floyd and Barney seated at the bar. The biscuits are tasty, the eggs fresh, and the coffee hot. The tea is as sweet as the lilting southern drawl spoken here, and you won't break the bank to fill your belly. A wide variety of lunch specials are available every day alongside the regular offerings. Any of these are available for quick takeout my calling ahead. Come enjoy a slice of authentic Carolina for yourself.

We are always on the lookout for a non franchised breakfast spot. Our first visit today at Lowesville Cafe left us wanting to return for another visit. Good, unassuming food, our waitress was attentive and pleasant, and the temperature of the dining area was not set to frigid. What more can you ask for?😃👍

Great diner off the beaten path a little. When Denver is crowded, just roll down that direction and the pace slows down. Local gem.

If you Love small town southern charm, this is the place. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Closed on Mondays. If you like hash brown casserole, then you have to go bon Saturday and Sunday but get there early. The lady working the cash register was the sweetest little southern lady I ever met. This was the first and only place so far in my travels that has served Bologna on the menu for breakfast. Everything booked to perfection and served up quickly. The biscuits were soft warm and melted in your mouth. The waitress was friendly and quick on the refills. A nice little piece of Southern hospitality and good home cooking in the outskirts of Charlotte.

Came here alone and had a wonderful experience. Food was hot, fast and delicious. A few of the home fry potatoes were slightly underdone. Place was slammed but decent service. The inside has a great ambiance. I will be returning here.
