My 1st time at this location was today. I had an appointment nearby so I stopped in to use a coupon and Kevin and Adrian gave me really good customer service. I told them thank you and I will definitely be back. I appreciate good customer service and their nice manners and positive attitude.

Just visited the Moore store and already knew what pair of shoes that I wanted. Went in and the sales person (Draymon)checked and they were out of my size. He was quick to offer another solution of ordering online and walked me through the process. He was able to price match the store price to the online price. Should arrive at my house in two days. Great service!!

Nathan in the shoe department was awesome. Very cool guy to talk to and very knowledgeable on shoes. Found my perfect pair!

Very nice store. Charles in team sports helped us hunt down a Demarini Prism bat we had been looking to find all over OKC. It was top notch customer service!

The best shoe-shopping experience I’ve been hoping for for a long time. Marcus in the running shoe department was extremely genuine, and patient and wanted to make sure that I left the store with the shoes I wanted. I wish I have taken photos of how many pairs I’ve tried on but if I did, I’d made myself feel bad. I’m extremely picky when it comes to sports comfort, and this all started when I saw a medical professional wearing a pair of Saucony shoes which seemed very comfy. So I started my search experience online, but I didn’t want to purchase a pair of $200 shoes that couldn’t fit. I thought I could always try it in the store and then purchase it online, essentially it’s the same price. I didn’t realize that the store doesn’t have any extra sizes on the floor and you’ll have to socialize with the store associate to try something on. So I looked in the selection and tried to find the pair that looked like what I saw on the street. Marcus approached me while he was in his foot cast and asked if I wanted to try them on.
In total, I’ve tried nine pairs and three styles because I needed 5, 5.5, and 6 due to my lack of experience with this brand. I’m pretty sure I’ve asked Marcus the same questions twice or three times because I was very confused with the colors, and styles and I felt bad that he ran back and forth in his foot cast. However, he was very patient and has given me his undivided attention. In the end, I thought, well Saucony doesn’t have any pretty designs because the logo is hideous. The customer service I received is above and beyond, and it’s better than some self-claimed luxury stand-alone stores, so I made the purchase and avoided online ordering.
I looked around for a while and saw that Marcus was giving the same undivided attention to the customer who came after me. So I just want to ensure this experience is remembered and recognized. Great customer experience does make a difference in sales.

Just bought a pair of metal cleats and some game balls and only paid $9.98 due to there sales.

We ordered a Peloton and arrived on time for pickup. They helped load it up and made sure the box was secure before we took off.

My son started Tball and I went in a bit clueless. A very nice young lady helped us out with everything we needed! I wish I would have got her name! She was super nice and knowledgeable!!! Glad to have help for something new to us!!!

Excellent Customer Service

Our second time exchanging the same North Face pullover and the manager helped us. She was super friendly, sweet to our kids, and efficient.

Aaron O was very helpful In helohel me find the right pair of training shoes. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

Personally, I love the selections here and the environment. Not a snob, but I do prefer shopping in an environment where people and children know how to behave themselves. The staff here also possess great product knowledge.

I went at the end of the summer looking for water shoes. Yes, I know it is impossible to find water shoes during the last week of August. The staff here didn't care. They were going to find me some water shoes. They made sure they checked every possible source before giving up. I didn't get water shoes, but that's because there were literally no water shoes to be had.

The store employees were very nice and helpful. It was very clean and neat. Was able to get get in and shop for the things that I needed.

Had my boy's gloves broke in that i had purchased somewhere else and the woman that broke the glove in was fantastic.....Very knowledgeable..Always a plus when you getted helped out by someone that has played the game all the way through college,she needs a raise...Also have a fantastic shoe staff..😊
