Candlewood Suites Enid, an IHG Hotel

Came for a relaxing night to sleep after moving all day. Andrea was polite and very accommodating for us. She was very swift in getting us a room to settle in for the night. The next morning she was the face we seen when we were leaving and made sure that everything was good for us. Definitely will be back and will recommend to any of our traveling friends.

Very convenient location and room was nice. When we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes or so for someone to come to the front desk. The TV was pretty small for a room that size and the volume would barely go up to where you could hear it, no continental breakfast.

I rented a one bedroom suite for a stay with my three kids (3 & under) and my mom. The room, and the hotel could not have been more perfect for us! We were really impressed by the cleanliness, the space, and the friendliness of the staff.

BEDROOM
The bedroom had a king size bed, and enough room for me to set up 2 pack-n-plays and a toddler bed. I had to move one of the nightstands for the toddler bed and was really impressed that it was spotless around and beneath the nightstand.

KITCHEN
The kitchen had everything that we needed to be comfortable, including a full pantry for storage. That came in handy because we shopped at Aldi and stocked up since where we live doesn’t have an Aldi and there was plenty of room to keep all of our goodies out of sight, and out of reach of little hands. The fridge even had an ice maker which was nice!

There is a Long peninsula in the kitchen, which doubles as a desk and seating for 2 (3 when you use the desk chair). We were grateful for the chairs for toddlers to sit in at a counter and eat their breakfast.

LIVING ROOM
The living room had a couch and a recliner in addition to a coffee table and some storage beneath the TV. We brought toys and a travel activity seat for our little one, and had plenty of room for everything without feeling like you were all on top of one another. my mom slept on the couch and was really happy with it.

BATHROOM
The bathroom had a tub which was nice for baths and everything you’d expect in the bathroom. The hairdryer was even a full sized hairdryer that worked really well. Not at all what I expected! When I had to dry my hair for a wedding after going to a splash pad with my kids I thought it would take forever, but it didn’t and I thought that was something to note!

All in all this hotel was perfect for us. Nothing to warn travelers about or complain about in a review. We definitely know where we will be staying next time we come to town!

Front desk staff was very personable, which is increasingly rare these days in almost any business.

The facility and room were both spotless and included all of the amenities we needed. The hotel is close to the downtown area, which allowed us to go out for dinner with an easy drive back to our room

Very reasonable rates per night.

Definitely on par with much higher priced hotels.

This place is AMAZING at this price range.
Full sized fridge, range top, dishwasher in room. VERY comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, AND 24 hour fitness facility as well as 24 hour guest laundry FREE. My favorite thing (although ALL of the above is impressive as I travel approx 48 weeks yearly)
is the flat rate pet deposit.
I had a great stay and will return to this hotel on my EVERY visit to Enid, Oklahoma.

I stayed here with my husband while he was traveling with work. I was so exceptionally worried that my baby who is six months would cause complaints despite me being on top of taking care of her I cannot stop her from crying some times. I assumed the smallest cry would cause neighbors to be unsettled and upset. I went down past the front desk to go out to my vehicle and ended up talking to Derrick who assured me “we’re here to service you and not you service us”. He was great conversation and made the experience very much like a home away from home. This was not the only interaction with staff that my husband and I had. Every time we passed the front desk we were greeted kindly, when there was no luggage trolley during check in the woman immediately told us she would find one and bring it to the desk for us. Customer service like this is far and few between, the staff deserve great recognition for the job they do. This is the best hotel experience I have ever had and with our lifestyle being a traveling one (California to Indiana to Illinois to Ohio to Oklahoma) that is saying A LOT. I will only stay at this hotel when in the area from now on.

Clean, well kept, and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay for a night or lengthy stay in NW OKLAHOMA I recommend staying here. Very friendly staff and well kept rooms will bring us back here again. My wife and I also enjoyed a quick swim in the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice place to stay while in Enid.

The lady who checked us in was so amazing! She had blondidh hair and the prettiest big blue eyes but i cant for the life of me remember her name! So grateful to her for her help during our move to enid!

Much better than the previous hotel we checked out of this morning. Lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Lobby and room smelled good upon entering. Everything is nice and clean, and appears well maintained. Bed is comfortable to my tastes. Kitchenette is nice and convenient. Large bathroom. Hot water. Full fridge with freezer and ice maker.

All the hotel staff was super kind and friendly. The reception desk always greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed, especially the manger, Brittany. The hotel is very well kept. I loved using the gym. Great experience!

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, and amazingly comfortable beds. We checked in with ease. Staff was very helpful, happy, and polite. That's a big thing for me... it is nice to greet someone who is genuinely happy :) The beds were super comfortable. My service animals (I'm severely hearing impaired 1 front 1 behind) were welcomed and not frowned upon. There is a food/snack/drink/basic supplies pantry that is well stocked. You don't have to bother with trying to check out or run down to the convenient store. Fill out the little ticket and drop it in the slot and go back to your room. Easy peasy! The rooms are extremely nice and well kept. Extremely clean and very comfortable! You're in for a nice rest here. 3 brand new washers and 4 brand new dryers are efficient, clean, and 24 hours! Laundry is protected by the key card. Amazing fitness center. I'm extremely impressed with this hotel and staff. I can't say enough about it! Well done!! Well done!!

Everyone at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Anytime I needed something the staff was so quick to help me with a big smile on their face. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming from out of town or in general. Most definitely 5 starts! No complaints what so ever!

This is one of the best hotels I have been in. Really makes up feel like home with a kitchen in your room. You can also rent free movies, board games and other things. You can also wash your cloths for free which is awesome! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Was there on business. Very awesome staff. If you are in Enid for business or pleasure I definitely recommend. They will take care of you very well.

Clean and comfortable hotel with kitchenette in every room. Staff was friendly and location was just on the west end of town which made the night quiet. The bed was soft with feather pillows and clean sheets. My family and I will stay here again whenever we are in Enid.

Stayed for the 4th of July weekend and was really impressed! Staff was really friendly and helpful! And my room was perfect! Nice and clean and the air conditioner worked great!

This was the absolutely best Hotel to stay at. The staff was Very Professional and helpful. Super friendly atmosphere. The rooms were immaculate as well as the Hotel. I have recommended Candlewood Suites to all my colleagues and would definitely stay again.

This is now my favorite hotel to stay at in Enid. The rooms are clean and the Front Desk is amazing. The interaction I had was Karri was great and she provided excellent customer service.
