Jersey Mike's Subs

As a Jersey Mike's lover, I was VERY disappointed in the service at this location!
I just moved here and was glad to find a Jersey Mike's near to me. But when I went to get a sub
I walked in and stood around for a few minutes for someone to take my order, the girl behind the counter was arguing with another employee and when she was finished she looked at me and turned around and left.
THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!

UPDATE: The owner got in touch with me and asked me to give them another try, and I have seen a total change for the better! I went back and found a new group of people that were very nice and friendly. The sub was great, just like I expected. I will be going back!! Good job, Jersey Mike's!!

Steak sub was delicious and bread very soft. Service was quick and very friendly.

The place was small but the food was good. Clean and nice.

They were slammed for lunch today, but very attentive and friendly! The taller curly haired blonde lady was SO nice and talked about how much she loved the ingredients because of how fresh they are. She was also sure to greet us while we were in line so we didn’t feel forgotten about. The subs taste great!

They have the best sub sandwiches. They load up the toppings with as much as you want. Jim my Johns is not even close to these sandwich builders.

Excellent customer service. Perfectly made sub's couldn't have asked for it to have been better great job guys!! I can't help but to comment I worked at subway for almost 10 years I know its a little bit different but I know how it is to work with food and the public sometimes it can be hard. But the ladies that was there today held it together while smiling and was very polite. We will deff be coming back! Y'all did great

Never a problem, hardly a wait even when it's busy.

When they're right, they're excellent and this was a solid visit. I ordered the chicken Phila and it rocked. Their bread is the key. Just the right amount of tug and chewiness. Occasionally get some bread past its prime but not this time. Recommended.

I've eaten here a handful of times since it opened.

The restaurant is always clean and the staff are nice. The food is excellent and they give good portions when making the sandwich. They also have breadless options.

I'll eat here whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Everytime I go in here they are always super busy but they always get my order right, are working as a team to get orders out fast, and are very friendly.

This is the cleanest Jersey Mike's I've been in. The food is always great at JMs, but being spotless say's so much more. The staff were also amazing. No one standing around playing with their cellphone's. What a refreshing difference.

I eat Jersey Mike's every chance I get the sandwiches are good and you get a lot of meat you be full of a half of giant they make my family happy 😊

The Chicken Chipotle was great! Good subs here all around! It is a little on the more expensive side compared to other Sub chains, but the taste is worth it.

I absolutely love to eat here when I can. It's a bit pricey but the food and service are great. Only one time was my order messed up but the manager fixed the problem right away without hesitation.

Fantastic service!!! Made to order and the staff had an excellent attitude towards making your subs the way you want them. I'm from philly and I'm super picky, they nailed it.

First time I have ever eaten there although it's been on my bucket list, the steak & cheese sub was the best I've had since I moved to the south
