Bojangles

Food was good. I had steak buscuit combo with sweet tea. I had to pay extra for a honey mustard to dip my fries in. I was told I could have ketchup for free for the fries but had to pay for one honey mustard for the fries. Was the first at any Bojangles that I had to do this. I was told all Bojangles did this, but if so, this was the only one that I've seen.

The food was fresh and hot. Service was a bit slow, but maybe the food was still cooking so that was fine with me. Someone was doing their job training in the dining room. The video be played loudly and was talking about sexual harassment. It would be nice for the new employee to wear headphones so that I didn’t have to listen to the training nor does my family! My child did NOT need to hear what it was saying.

This is our first time visiting a Bojangles and it was an amazing experience! All the employees at this location were phenomenal and inviting. They were out of something and the manager came personally to apologize. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!! Thank you for great food and great service.

9 times out of 10, I have to say this is the best bojangles around the statesville area. The staff is friendly, and it’s a quick and consistent place to get a meal on a lunch break with limited time.

Teamwork make the dream work. That is what I like. They work well together. And every thing was fresh.

This particular Bojangles surprisingly good the employees were professional, the chickens crispy and the biscuits were fresh, I will have given a five stars but it needs a little tidy up on there restroom a good restaurant always have a clean restroom.

Food is great here, but service is exceptional. Davion is super nice and went above and beyond to help us because the app was giving us issues. The other staff members were really friendly too. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.

Stopped at the drive-thru. Ordered a steak biscuit Bo rounds and an iced tea. There was only one car in front of me. Service was very fast I drove to the window payday very friendly professional female. I was giving my order quickly. My order was prepared quickly it was fresh hot and delicious I would give them 100 Stars if I could. This Bojangles food was what made Bojangles famous.

Customer service 5 star from Kiki and the food was delicious as always In Bojangles o and the bathroom were clean I mean cleaner than any place I been to.

They were busy but still made it through the drive-thru in good time. Food was good and fresh!

The young lady that works the drive through in the evenings (I went Friday about 6:30pm) is the most pleasant/courteous person, she’s polite consistently and overall very pleasant, which is a breath of fresh air during the current climate of the industry. Not sure what she makes but she needs a raise!

Bojangles has the best scrambled eggs. I eat low carb and they are my go to for a-la-cart breakfast most any time of day. Thanks Bojangles

Had a very blessed experience....had problem with paying for my food and these ladies were awesome at being helpful!! December 7th 2022 in the morning. 2nd morning in a row and the food was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and showed concern like everyone was the manager.

Turnersburg HWY location: Love they're biscuits and their cajun chicken. My dad thinks there's no other place than Bojangles. So when I'm grabbing him some breakfast, Bojangles is a must. It's just good food fast...

Beechnut Lane location: Does not good service in the drive thru at night. They take forever to even acknowledge your presence to take the order. Sometimes it takes so long, you have to just drive to the window and the associates are just talking to each other, not paying attention to the customers. This has happened multiple times.

Their chicken and sweet tea were amazing. Would highly recommend.

I always go in the morning between 6:20-7:00. They stay busy but every time I go they are fast to get my food, unless someone orders a bunch of biscuits 😂

Bojangles is already amazing, but this location has incredibly quick service for me. Best of all, they carried Cheerwine. Such a great restaurant.
