This is our "home church" when we are there for the summer months. The pastor and her husband are very loving and caring.The members are very friendly and caring. The organist and the choir are excellent.

No longer the hometown church

Not friendly, went to the weekend sale. I was met with over eager person to sale me furniture. I offered and a phone call was made. The guy on the other hand was over confident. Refused my offer. Had it ended there? Nope! I went down stairs to hear him goat about the offer, to the lady across from him running the cash box, replied with " people will tell you anything to get a sale" with a scowl face.
Well I'd taken in a homeless person and was wanting it for them to put their clothes away. Palative care even! The guy implied I wasn't being truthful to the lady across from him. He never gave thought to me having came down to see the rest of the over priced items... I heard everything! I went back up stairs explained what happened and refused the sale all together. I don't need this kind of church love nor does my home! The sales where great but now for months it over priced joy group table piled junk.
No apologies where given! If this is how your church behaves. I'd rather do with out.
