Edible Arrangements

There was a lot going on with the Valentine’s orders and supplies coming in late on delivery which led to long wait times, but the staff at the store responded with kindness and took care of everybody’s orders. It was a situation that was outside of their control but they responded in a positive way and still contributed to my wife being happy with her Valentine’s treats!!

Had a great experience with them, always great arrangements and wonderful customer service!!

Ordered my mother in law and mom an arrangement from here for Mother’s Day, they turned out absolutely beautiful! Thank you for your hard work and great service! It made both moms very happy 😊❤

Amazing service, Heather went out of her way to make sure I got my edible arrangement this evening with a short notice that I wouldn’t be home to wait for regular delivery. Couldn’t thank her enough. Of course the fruit was fresh and delicious as always.

I received 2gifts from Edible Arrangement yesterday. They were a Cookie/dipped pineapples on a covered tray & a box with Dipped Strawberries and Pineapples and also a bag of the best popcorn with dark chocolate. Everything was beautifully prepared & tasted GREAT!!!!! The only drawback occurred when I bit down on a dipped pineapple & bit into a core. This should NEVER happen!! I didn't deduct a star because everything else was great!!!!! It is my opinion, " If the design of the pineapple being dipped causes some of the core to be in it, make the design smaller"!

I spoke to Heather and she was super helpful, after working in customer service for 49 years I know excellent customer service skills and Heather displays it very well!!

I ordered my friend a birthday arrangement and it was delivered on time and looked just as beautiful as the picture on the website. She said that it was delicious! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Ordered over the phone. So I can’t speak on how the place was but the staff was very nice over the phone and my order was placed with no problem.
