This place not only deserves five stars they deserve six! The guy that took care of me was Bill and he built some screens for me that were perfect!! I also had interactions with several people in there clean and well organized store and they also were polite and very helpful!! To sum up my experience with ace, I really don’t have any reason why I don’t come here more but I can tell you that after the service I got from Bill with my screens and all the other people I had the pleasure to interact with that I’ll be BACK FOR SURE!!

This store hires really good people in their departments. I came in with a shower faucet stem that needed to be replaced around 5pm yesterday. I managed to find the right stem. The guy in plumbing confirmed that and also explained to me the extra piece and a special tool I'd need to take the old one off (still deep in the faucet assembly at home) and put the new piece back on. I really appreciate him explaining that to me. Thank you to him and to this Ace for continuously hiring knowledgeable people in their departments. What started as a very frustrating day ended, upon retrospection, feeling very blessed and empowered.

There's always a nice cashier that checks me out. ( he has amazing groovy hair) I need to remember his name and will update you as soon as I remember. As for the managers, they like to stand around up front talking about who's late from lunch. I wasn't there for 30 mins. Just made me feel weird micromanagement out loud. That cashier is nice he makes me still want to come back.

Great store, great selection and great staff. I had dropped a set of keys up there and I believe- I hope I have this right - Zach or Taylor I forget the guy's name, was super helpful, they had found them and when I called they made sure that it wasn't just a random person asking for keys and did it in a very very professional and courteous Manner and yeah, so appreciative of the staff up there for doing that and taking care of things. They've always been excellent as well for handling returns or any other issues that I have had.

I had to drive here from Norman to find a specific item that wasn't available at my store. This one is much larger including a nice garden center with plants. Nice place.

They had the kindest teenager, his name was Andon. At the cash register . I was really struggling to keep my 2 and 3 year olds under control while in the store. They were loud and whinny. When it was time to pay this cashier went out of his way to help. Just by talking to them; Asking them questions, they hushed up to listen to him, just a little extra attention was all they needed and he was there to recognize and deliver. Completely exceeded my expectations. You don’t get that kind of empathy now days. Especially from a teenager. It Blew me away. So grateful for this young man. Thank you.

I just fell in love with this store you walk in and wow its bigger than I had expected plus it's a clean store, very well stocked, I've been looking for a pressure canner, no one else had them so when I called the store the nice young gentle man that answered the phone right away, and went himself for me to see if they had any and he came back on the phone to tell me yes they had them in stocke, and told me their prices. Also I went up to the area to see if I can get me a second car key, the gentleman there was very nice and helpful fulfilling g getting my keys going. So om a happy camper, kudos to this store I will definitely be coming back and bringing my fiancé with me, he's going to be doing his shopping here from now on. They got everything you can ever need here. 😊

After looking all over the internet (Google, Amazon, Craigslist, Ebay, etc...) I drove to Walmart and ACE Hardware. Good old "Brick and Morter" saved CHRISTmas. ACE was the only place with the Christmas Tree "plug/light control" adapter anywhere. After calling to check "hands-on" inventory (a visual and physical check) I drove at light speed to secure the device. Now that our tree has power and the lights can be toggled through several modes, our decorations are complete. Kudos to the clerk who answered the phone and pulled the controller off the shelf, before my arrival. It may have aeemed like a small gesture, but your actions definitely saved the day. Happy HOLY-DAYS.

I'm ashamed to say I had not been in an ACE in a long time. I had a sudden branch breakage and needed a small saw.

It's really not easy finding a lady's saw in big stores. ACE had exactly what I needed. I found a large selection of bird seed, and they had these really nice trays for my creeping thyme seeds. The prices were either the same or lower.

Plus they just had odds and ends that I didn't have to go hunting for.

It was really nice to be in a store that wasn't blaring loud music. I didn't feel rushed. I'll definitely come back. They are much closer and easier to get to
