Jason was really wonderful and thorough while working with me on my new roof. A big storm came and i had tons of damage. He was able to explain to me the process and the benefits of getting a new roof with insurance at this time. The company and workers were all very efficient and professional. I am happy with the results.

Ace restoration has been the best subcontractor I’ve ever used,, that includes plumbers, electricians, etc. etc.,, but their job on the roof was great,, they know how to work with insurance companies,, they give you all the options for what kind of shingle and color,, They were here when they said they would come and finish the job and very quickly,, They cleaned up everything, including down to the last little nail that may have fallen onto the lawn or flower bed,, I would highly recommend them for any type of roofing job needed!!!

Brian was very informative, great to work, had our materials ordered and had us on schedule quickly. The roofers came out and had our entire roof replaced in one day this week 7-27-22. Slate and the team did an incredible job with my roof. They pointed out storm damage, which was covered via my insurance, and promptly drew up an estimate. The job was then scheduled for a week later. The materials showed up on time and the workers arrived first thing the next morning and worked all day to complete in one day. The process could not have been easier for me. I'm pleased with the quality and professionalism of this hard-working team. A+

The whole process from start to finish was easier than deciding what to eat for dinner! TJ was so professional, friendly, & thorough. He literally handled everything for us. We were denied a claim for a new roof last year but in less than 2 weeks we have a brand new roof! Now, when there's rain in the forecast, I have no worries! The crew was very respectful of our property. The old roof was removed, the new one installed, and cleanup was completed all in one day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Roof was damaged and ACE Restoration Pros and TJ worked with us to get the roof replaced. TJ was available any time we had questions throughout the whole process. We waited some extra time as we wanted a color shingle that was back ordered. Wait was worth it! Roof was replaced in a single day and care was taken to make sure nails from the old roof didn't end up in the pool. The crew even took to the time to clean the side walk and driveway. Awesome! Would recommend and the new roof looks great!

Just recently had a new roof put on by Ace Restoration Pros. Salesman Quint Gallaher was great! Quint was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to get the job done. They completed the job on time and it looked great! Cleaned up after job was done and Quint came back later that day in case anything was missed.

TJ with Ace did a great job. They are very professional. You hear stories about fly by night companies that come to replace your roof and what a headache that is .BUT this company is NOT like that. They are well dressed in uniform and knowledgeable also helpful in filing the insurance claim. On time the day of install and clean up everything after they are done. It was the easiest thing I have ever done. I will be telling all my friends and neighbors about Ace. Thank you TJ!

I live in Highland Creek and had ACE Restoration out to look at my roof in Dec 2019 which had wind and hail damage. Please feel free to drive through Dominion Hills in Highland Creek because they have done over 10 roofs in our neighborhood. They looked over the roof and coordinated with my insurance adjustor a couple days later. The insurance adjustor agreed that there was sufficient damage to the roof to replace it. 2 weeks later Ace came out, took the old roof off, replaced a sheet of plywood that had been damaged, put on a new roof with architectural shingles not the 3 tabs that were there. EASY! They did a GREAT job and were professional through the process!

This company was great to work with. We had great communication with them and they were early for roof installation. They did a great job at cleaning up after they were done and the main guy we spoke to even came out and did a second sweep of the yard himself to make sure they got all the nails and everything.
