I also had the pleasure of working with Rusty. He was very polite, honest and fast. I had issues with my trailer right before Christmas, and Rusty was able to hear me out and get me back on the road.
He re-fitted my box, put on some new U-bolts, and must have painted underneath so that it all looks unison, and black (non-rusty). Truck looks great, trailer is holding well. Fleet Maintenance and Rusty will be the first person I turn too when its time to surface my box truck trailer again.
