Seriously coming to do this has been a lifetime challenge for me and what I’m dealing with in life right now, to have this process and encounter go smooth and positive is A MUST AND BLESSING AND YOU MADE THIS POSSIBLE.

Visited here yesterday for the first time and the staff was very nice and courteous. I arrived 15 min early, as they requested and only waited about 5 minutes to be seen. I was seen by Amber Eberhart and she was amazing. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, was relatable, never felt like she was judging me for anything I told her and came up with a plan for each concern I had. My experience was 10/10.

Had my routine A1-C check today with Dr. Brinker and she is absolutely amazing as well as nurse Renee. They are always so helpful and informative. Always time for my many questions and I appreciate those 2 putting my mind at ease!!

I have been going here for years and am very happy with everyone I come in contact with. Dr. Diefendorf has been my doctor since she came here and I love that woman. She is kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable. I hope she never retires.

I was there last week to see the Pa there which her name was Natalie seems to me she didn't want to see me kept referring me to go to my primary doctor when I have been seen there before by Dr Voo for a prescription for phentermine she requested labs in lies in told me if they were good she would write a prescription never had experience like this before it was like a nightmare she kept asking me why I was there what was what was I doing to lose weight etc.

Good doctors and you don't have to wait long

Great doctors and staff overall. My only complaint is how much of a pain it is to get a refill request through. I use MyChart to send them. I was told by one of the staff to submit a medication refill request about 48 hours before the 30 days of the medication was up. I did that and was denied because I asked for a refill too soon. I was not notified until the following day when I called them due to noticing that they refilled a different medication I didn’t ask for. I feel like at the very least I should’ve been contacted when they saw the refill request.

Wait times are unexpectable. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby after arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment. Then my nurse Tracy took her sweet time moving slow as a sloth. The staff just don't seem to care about the patients time.

I've been a patient at this practice since I was a kid. The service is great as far as the doctor. The no walk in policy for established patients is ridiculous, if you are sick you have to have an appointment to be seen. I've found somewhere else to go now that gladly accommodate walk ins. This office needs to do alot better but I probably won't be back to this office.

The wait time is ridiculous! My grandmother & I waited for 2 hrs & the only thing Hope-hall-Wilson did was have an attitude. I’ve never experienced a doctors visit like this ever. She’s a rude individual with no common courtesy for her patients. I wouldn’t take my dog to her. I can’t speak for all “doctors” but she really sucks! I pray that God changes her attitude towards her patients because she is not a peoples person. My grandmother told me that she didn’t want to go to her soo she asked me to go with her so I could see for myself & low & behold that women Is so nonchalant & rude! Her license should be revoked!

I have not connect with any of the providers since Dr Robert. I remember very well there was a time they didn't have enough Doctors in this location. And when new doctors joined this office, I didn't get the care and good professional relationship with most of them. I one time left due to luck of a provider not listing to my need for care. It got bad that I had to walk out of the doctors office with the previous provider. I was seeing for over a year. I never really feels she cares enough. I stop seeing her and request to not to keep her as my family doctor.

However, the front desk associates didn't respect my wish to make a record of it. I haven't been happy with Henderson Duke Primary Care for a long time now!

Can not get a prescription refilled for anything. It can’t be written with refills and every month it runs out without being refilled because the drs office can’t manage to get it called in. Takes a weeks worth of multiple calls to the doctors office to ever get it called in to the pharmacy… month after month after month we go through this. Beyond frustrated!!
