Love this store. Customer service is always on point, great products and excellent sales if you can catch them. (The markup is very high.) But good experience overall.

Accessing the store was accessible from the handicapped park. Very short walk to get in
the store.

Was able to find some sweet deals for an outfit needed today at a job interview. Slacks, belt, button up shirt, tie, and shoes for $110. Way to go Belk!

What's better than great brands at fair prices?? BERNICE! This lady was helpful, proactive, friendly and engaging. She helped us find items we were looking for she was able to order something in the right size for us. She was able to help us with multiple discounts with a pleasant smile and personality

The service is good but it’s never enough staff working

The EXCELLENT customer service is par to none!!! The manager on duty the evening that I was last there is the most conscientiously customer service focused person I've ever met!!! I was so impressed that I'm going back again today for some MAJOR shopping, An entire wardrobe refitting!

The customer service representative thoroughly explained my issue pertaining to a beauty product. This was early on in the morning. She was very courteous unlike the day before when I felt I was pushed to purchase the wrong color face powder to help her commission

Well, now that Peebles is gone in South Hill this is our closest mid-tier clothing store. It's a nice store in a shady area. If you go in the daytime you should "probably" be okay. Avoid it after dark. My mom is older and I insist she go in a group if I don't accompany her. Anyways, about the store itself...

Carries some decent men's brands including Izod and Columbia. Big selection with plenty of clearance items. There's always a coupon floating around or a sale going on. The one big thing you can find here that's hard to find in South Hill is men's dress clothes. They have suits, pants, separates, ties, dress shoes, etc. The next closest place is Kohl's in Wake Forest. Prices are decent but help is minimal. Guess that keeps pricing down.

Excellent customer service. Super helpful and knowledgeable employees. Belk is known for its phenomenal sales and prices. Well made products which they stand behind. More than ample parking.

Belk is a superb retail outlet. The staff is attentive and friendly. The sales floor is tidy and inviting. The good themselves are trendy and exciting. I saw my favorite brands on the racks, like Ralph Lauren, Chaps, Saddlebred, Sperry and more. Belk is among my favorite retail outlets. I went to the Henderson location, and I've also shopped in the Zebulon location. Both are superb stores with excellent staffs.

I love Belks but i'm getting aggravated you get coupons and half the time you can't use them I travel about 35 minutes and it's very frustrating to me your not getting bargains like I'm used to getting it's either door busters which I hate because they are not bargains especially if you have coupons and the store the last couple of times practically had lots of door busters no bargain for me !! Not worth the trip anymore for me !

Love my Belks and the girls in the women's dept are so nice and helpful. I went to Crabtree Belks last night and the ppl there weren't as friendly or helpful and they wouldn't take my belk bucks because they were expired by a few days. I explained to them, I don't shop that often and I'm an hour away, so mine are usually expired by the time I get there and I never have a problem in Henderson. They still refused and I thought maybe the rules had changed. Well... I went to the Henderson store today and they took them, as usual, with no problem. The Henderson store might be smaller but the customer service is wonderful in all departments and that means the world to me! The manager even helped me carry my packages out a few months ago. If they don't have your size or the exact cook pot or the right color of what you're looking for, they go out of their way to look online and will order it and ship it free to your house. Bigger isn't always better and customer service means a lot.

Love this belk! The staff is very helpful and kind. There is a nice selection of items.

Not the fanciest cleanest most stocked Belks in the world, but best (only) place to shop for clothes in Henderson.

Great customer service! If one store doesn't have an item in your size they will help search other stores and have it delivered to your door step. They have great coupons also

Got a great price on swimming outfit at Belk.50 percent off. The sales clerk named Mary was wonderful with us!

Friendly, courteous employees. You don't feel pressured by sales personnel but they are always available to help you if needed. Always a salesperson close by.
