This Doctors office is by far the best i have been to. They listen, they care, THEY WILL NOT PUT UP WITH EXCUSES!!!! My meaning is if your making excuses for not bettering yourself to be healthier they will tell you straight up its not an option. Shout out to PA Kirsten Shepperson!!! She rocks and keeps me honest helps me with anything i ask or have questions about and never makes me feel im too much and for this i thank you!!!

This was my first time here and I love how friendly and professional the doctors and staff were. I Highly recommend them!! They took time to actually listen to me I did not feel rushed at all. Kyra was very personable I feel like I’ve know her for years.

Staff are always courteous and attentive. I love my MD, Chan Badger, and my PA, Kirsten Shepperson! This is a great practice; professional, efficient, friendly, courteous. Practitioners have a wealth of knowledge, are attentive and provide excellent medical care. I love this Medical practice and feel they are truly interested in my overall healthcare!

Dr. Badger is the best primary care provider I've ever had, period. He listens and gets to know his patients. I've also seen a nurse practitioner (I regret I can't remember her name) at Novant Health Northern Family Medicine, and she was also excellent. The nurses and office staff are ALSO fantastic. The place is clean, well-run, and I've never had to wait more than about 10 minutes to see someone. If you're searching for a practice, this is the one.

I've been receiving medical care for more than 5 years now. The office staff has been very kind to me. I must admittedly hands down Sara Carter Spencer is amazing. She listens to you, she ask questions, she checks what need to be checked and then she tells you what needs to be done but get this, she lets you help decide what your comfortable with doing medical wise to treat the issue. Her smiles say you are welcome here. When a doctor sits down and listens to you, THAT IS A WIN. She is knowledgeable about medical issues, not afraid to refer you where necessary. You will feel safe with her and that was big for me. Don't take my word GO and find out, you won't regret it💚.

Sheri Beal is an amazing provider! She shows care and concern for your problems, explains things well, is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend her!

I highly recommend PA Kirstin Shepperson. She cares for her patients and puts a priority on listening to her patients without rushing them. She is caring, compassionate, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She doesn't just treat/medicate the symptoms you are experiencing but gets to the root cause. Literally, your short-term symptoms and LONG term health is her priority. She even followed up with a phone call to check on me. You won't get better care than PA Shepperson!

Dr. Badger is a remarkable doctor. He is very professional and caring. I fully trust his medical expertise. It's great to know that I have such a wonderful PCP.

Sheri Beal is the best doctor I have had since my first doctor...and I'm now in my kid sixties. My last doctor had me self diagnose then treated what I told him was wrong. With medicine changing to please insurance companies, I'm so happy that Sheri knows my family and stays in tune to our family issues and needs. I just love her!

I feel like I have found the warmest and most capable care with PA Beal and her team. Her nurse is equally compassionate and knowledgeable- both so personable. I have recommended PA Beal to so many because she is so relatable and thoughtful. You have a gem in her and her nurse. The front office staff also deserve an A+.

I have been going to Sheri Beal for several years now. She is absolutely wonderful. She always follows up & explains everything to you. She is the best doctor I have ever had, she doesn’t rush you and really listens.

I would highly recommend this practice. I love Brooke Falstreau. She listens, and I trust her answers to my questions. She is very compassionate, competent and caring. The other personnel are always friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure!

Dr.Badger is our family doctor and he is amazing and incredible doctor. He is always professional and compassionate. He relates well and cares to patients, he takes time to listen and take appropriate action on the symptoms and explain things to us in terms that we can understand. He is one the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. We love him , he has a great beside manner. We hope he never leaves here, replacing him will be extremely difficult and sad.
