Cherilyn is amazing. I sent a request for revision to 3 certificates, then discovered issues with the entire account. There were 14 locations and she did not complain one time about assisting. Working within the bank, we hate bothering agents but things happen where we have to. Cherilyn was so pleasant and helpful. We love working with people like her. City National Bank.

I particularly appreciate the emphasis on in-person meeting and conversation to discuss problems. This has become extremely rare in this day of automated, preprogrammed call service response systems and inadequate and unintelligible menus. Even my young college students have begun to complain that no one knows how to communicate with other people face to face in "real time." To me it's a big positive that a business commits the time and resources to dealing in person. People are feeling increasingly alienated because of the inability to make real contact with others, so it is very welcome to find a business, especially an insurance agency, that is going back to an appreciation of humanity and real human experience.

We have had Farmers for a few years and I can say hands down Paul Harrington’s office, staff and Paul himself is a first class insurance agency. They have great customer service and actually genuinely are there to help you. It is first class all the way dealing with this agency.
