Was needing a plumber for my 2 compartment sink. JP's was recommended and an appt. was made. Zach came out, on time, took a look at the sink, said no problem it was an easy fix. My wife was wondering about having a little more done, he again said no problem. Work took him about an hour and 20 minutes to replace all the pipes under the sink and put 2 basket strainers in. Price was ok, but we got a great job done and some peace of mind. If you need someone, call these guys, no pressuring to do other work and Zach was extremely polite and respectful.

I would highly recommend JP’s. Zack was honest, knowledgeable and came out same day! Helped us figure out the REAL problem and fixed it. We had others come out and try to sell us $4k worth of something we didn’t need. Thank you Zack we appreciate you!

I was very pleased with Zack and his partner. They installed my water heater quickly and efficiently. They also answered all of my questions. I will certainly call on JP's on the future.

JPs was awesome. Our water heater broke. JPs was able to source a replacement and get it installed the day after I called them.

Everyone I spoke with was great. They quickly got a tech out to look, David got me a quote within a hour of inspecting the job.

All the office staff was quick to get back to me on any questions I had. Even their answering service was professional and thorough.

Zack did a great job. The install is professional and he left the site clean. Really enjoying having hot water again!

December 23 my HVAC bit the dust. Called 4 contractors and JP's were the only company that could locate and install a new Trane unit (at the best price) within about 8 days, not the 6-8weeks I was quoted by everyone else. They delivered 100%, kept me informed and have followed up. Their response, pricing, knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. I highly recommend.

Zack was very professional ,friendly and courteous. Identified problem quickly. Explained what he was doing. Did not leave a mess. Checked for further leaks. Was a very good first time experience with this company. Highly recommend

Discovered pipe leak which could flood my basement. I called JPPlumbing around 7:00pm. I got an immediate answer from call service saying serv. Rep. Would call me in less than an hour. The rep.(Zack) called less than hr. Later we decided to repair it next day after I cut the water off. By 12:00 the following day Zack arrived and did the repairs. Satisfied less than 24 hours from my initial call. Price was extremely reasonable. Zack was polite, courteous and professional.

Zack and Chad fixed a leaky supply line on my toilet. They knew right away how to handle the issue. They were fast and curtious and I will definitely use thus company again and hopefully they will be my service techs. Thank you.

My mom's AC went on the blink earlier this week. She called JP's, and they responded promptly. She was glad to see Bill, as she has known him over the years and says he is nice, professional, and always does a great job. Bill diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. My mom has been doing business with JP's since the late 60s. She continues to use them, as their professionalism and good service has remained consistent throughout the years.

Well, just not enough space or time to share everything that is so very right about this company. They really are the best in the business. I phoned at 9:30 a.m. and Angela, JP's delightful and helpful office manager, said they would have someone out by 1:00 p.m. Listen carefully, Devan was at the house just a little after 11:00! Devon and Bill worked to solve the problems, and I am sitting in my wonderfully cool house as I input my review. This fine small business has been taking good care of me since 2012. I cannot recommend them highly enough, in fact, I would not recommend any other service. JP's IS THE BEST. Thank you!

Our second floor unit wouldn't cool. Cody called several times updating me on his status and arrival. Very pleasant and professional once arrived and quickly determined the problem. He explained the reason for the failure and replaced the faulty thermostat in short time. Trained on the new controls and offered personal cell phone number for follow up or other issues. Great representation of the company. Hope all the other techs are like Cody.

Zack, Chad and David have been awesome. We had so many water issues since Thanksgiving and today we have fully functional everything. We can't thank you guys enough. Awesome, hard working, guys.

We have been customers of JP's for quite a few years. They have always provided top quality service so when our HVAC/heat pump finally gave out it was a no-brainer that they were the ones we called.
Bill, Cody and Sam were terrific! They are the picture of professionalism. They did a great job of informing us all throught the replacement as to what was being done and when they would be here working.
All three of these guys worked their buts off so that we could have some HVAC this weekend.
Bill (senior tech) did a great job of getting the job going and then turned things over to Cody and his helper Sam.
I hear people complain all the time about young people don't know how to work hard, (I don't agree) well I'm here to tell you that Cody and Sam busted their buts and it was appreciated. All of these guys were really friendly, easy to work with and very professional.
If you need any plumbing or heating repaired or replaced these are the guys to call!
By the way, I think Cody is going be the rockstar of JP's, he's bright, young and hungry, all qualities any employe would love to have in an employee!

Bill and Eli are the epitome of professional service. They were punctual, courteous, as well as A-game quality of work! 10/10 would recommend!

Worked with Bill at JP's he was strait forward and easy to communicate with. He even went out of his way to sign up as an ally with duke power to save me extra money. Had our entire unit replaced and he worked around some other projects I was having done at our house during ac replacement to accommodate schedules. I would recommend JP's to use for any AC repair.

Phillip came out to take care of things and I couldn’t be more pleased! I had a whole list of things that needed doing from installing a new hot water tank to unclogging the drain for the washing machine to repairing a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. He was so friendly and professional and took care of everything! If I need more work done I’m definitely calling JPs!!

I called JP's , the technician Bill came as soon as he was available. He had my HVAC system up and running in no time. The cost of their service is very reasonable , and the folks there are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely call them again if I need their help.

It was Phillip and Samuel that came to our house to repair pipe and set our new toilet down. Great attitudes and a job well done for a tricky project. Pleasure doing business with this company. Highly recommended.
