Was traveling when water pump on jeep went out. Rob at Lakepoint worked me in, and they all provided the best service that I have had from any car repair place in many years. You cannot go wrong here. They are straight shooters and will provide you the best service. Also a big appreciation to the young lady at the front desk. So pleasant and started and ended our experience with the best service. All the folks there get 100% from me, and I can't say I have ever rated anyone else as a 100.

Great customer service and expertise. It was easy to get an appointment for an inspection and I have been so impressed with their customer service (we also needed a part replacement). I will use Lakepoint for every service we need they can provide. I see why they have been in business so long and they absolutely deserve the high rating they have.

First time using Lakepoint, and very pleased. Great service on my SAAB 9-3 Aero, which most shops won't even touch! Quick diagnosis, clear communication on "options", and fast mechanical fix once I pulled trigger on option. Little expensive on fix, but that's to be expected on a SAAB. Will definitely use them again!

I recently started taking my care to Lakepoint Auto after reading recommendations posted to my neighborhood Facebook page. I have not been disappointed. Rob and his team have been nothing but friendly, responsive, and always take the time to explain the service required in detail. I highly recommend!

To make a long story short…I heard a cat in my engine compartment while driving on I-485. My trip originated in Belmont, NC. After 3 failed attempts stops to get the cat out I went to Lakepoint Automotive in Mooresville, NC for help. The owner heard the cat and took my car in immediately. The battery/battery tray, various wiring harnesses, shroud covering inside of front right fender, etc. had to be removed just to see the cat. After 3 hours of work the kitten came out of a VERY small opening. It was a really hot day when this happened. I cannot believe this stray kitten survived and I CANNOT say thank you enough to this business who stopped what they were doing to help me and that cat! By the way after all that disassembly and reassembly they would not let me pay them. The kitten is at Animal Control being given some fluids.

Very accommodating staff. I was able to get both cars inspected on the same day with very little time waiting for each to be completed. I've had other work done in the past and it's always been a good experience.

First time user and glad I found Rob and his team. Had my car repaired for "strange noise". He quickly diagnosed the problem, made repair and did state inspection. Focuses on few select services and does them exceedingly well. Fairly priced, met their time commitments, can refer you to other quality services for your total car care. Excellent practices for handling virus, and enforces social distancing, sanitizes your car, masks, and 1 person at a time in office. First time I ever had my credit card sanitized before giving back to me. I trust Lake Point and have moved all my Acura business to them. Thanks Rob. Keep up the great work.

Rob is a stand up guy with a good reputation that he’s earned by being honest with his customers and charging them fairly.I had gone to several other repair shops after moving here in 2009 and got ripped off by both.nothing pisses people off more than getting takin advantage of so go see rob at Lakepoint and set yourself on the straight and narrow.

We had our car towed to Lakepoint after hours and received a phone call from them as soon as they opened. They were able to fit us in and look at the issues within 24 hours. They knew exactly what was wrong got our vehicle back on the road within a week of it being towed. We are thankful for their expertise and fast remediation!
