Riley Sports Performance

This is the greatest place to workout. It’s such a fun and welcoming environment to be in. The coaches here are so motivating and they make working out so much fun. Josh and Katie does an incredible job in accommodating to each person’s pace and level. They are the kindest people and also they are both certified trainers so you’ll be in great hands! There are even classes for the kids too, so it’s a great place for the whole family as well! I definitely recommend Riley Sport Performance to anyone that is looking for a great place to workout or start their fitness journey! 10/10 :)

Josh is a phenomenal trainer! Very knowledgeable, and always has your best interest in mind during and after the workout. The gym has a friendly and hard working atmosphere, making it the perfect place to really push and better yourself!

For me, Riley Sports Performance provides a welcoming and open environment for both team and individual fitness and exercise that is both goal oriented and all around fun. Josh and Katie are experienced trainers that are down to earth and personable. They make sure that each of us know how to perform exercises safely and proficiently. I would highly recommend Riley. Josh is a phenomenal personal trainer! He brings expertise, patience, and motivation to staying in shape! Josh works enthusiastically during session, and follows up with me on my “homework”! That provides that extra accountability that goes the second mile. I hold great confidence in Josh’s coaching and can testify to the results!

RSP is such a genuine atmosphere with some of the best coaches in the okc/Edmond area. Both Katie and Josh have extra certifications to help anyone and everyone who walks through the door. I have been working out for 6 months at RSP and I have gained confidence as well as strength. I love that RSP switches up their exercises so that you aren’t doing the same things over and over again. Katie and Josh do a great job of modifying exercises if needed and making sure you are performing everything with great body mechanics. I would highly recommend RSP for any age. They are great at making you feel welcomed with a fun personality as well as making workouts as fun as possible with upbeat music! 5/5 stars.

Josh has been great with my son. He came in slow and uncoordinated. 6 months later he is faster and stronger than kids that would have easily shoved him off tackles.
