My experience at (KAY Jeweler's) was amazing beyond words ! From the inception, the First step inside the store I was treated with class. My agent (Johnathan) and ( Mrs. Melody) was excellent and exercised the balance of great product knowledge with a keen sense of knowing my taste. I’m a happy camper and count it all joy to have experienced great customer service.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of meeting Melody and Emily in the Statesville store while we were looking for an engagement ring. They were both very helpful in assisting us and guiding us in finding the perfect ring.. We are glad we were able to purchase my beautiful ring locally with such great service!!

Melody was great with helping me pick out the perfect wedding band and answered all of my questions. She let me know a sale would be starting in a few days. When I came back, she was off the clock, but Karrie helped with the purchase and it was a seamless process. Even offered a complimentary ring cleaning. I highly recommend this Kay location and their amazing staff!

Kay’s is an amazing store They have the most excellent customer service and are so very helpful. Even though I don’t spend a lot of money here they treat us like we’re rich. I will always come back to the Statesville location!

After not being able to find what we wanted at many locations I am so glad we came in today and ran Into Emily and Leslie! They were so wonderful and helpful! My Fiancé was able to a wedding band in the design and size he was looking for!

EVERYONE at the store (over the past 18 months I have shopped with them) has been incredible! They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service and I honestly wonder how anyone would give the staff a low rating. I have observed them working with other clients in the store and never sensed anyone not being served in an authentic and respectful manner. It is not for me to judge the accuracy of another persons experience but I can only encourage people to shop the store with a realistic expectation of the cost of jewelry and be willing to educate yourself....that in itself will help your jewelry buying experiences to be more pleasant.

I would like to start out by saying excellent choice of employees. I was greeted by a man named Charles (My name being Charles as well) who showed me one of the best Jeweler customer experiences I have ever encountered. They were extremely friendly and knew what I wanted before I did. Not only did I get some beautiful merchandise, I also got it at a great value. The Valentine's Day Sale really helped. They also gave me a few ideas on how to deliver my gifts. Thanks again Charles, and thank you Kay's Jewelers.
