Saint Mark Catholic Church

First time going (1st Sunday of Advent 2023)
There was a beautiful and welcoming environment. You can feel the presence of God ❤
I was impressed and delighted to see such big community and so many families participating.

Would love to go back and and experience the Latin Mass, Spanish Mass, confession, Adoration etc

St. Mark is a Holy place. The Priest are wonderful with thoughtful homilies. The parishioners are friendly and welcoming. I miss Father Richard, God Rest His Soul.

Beautiful church steeped in tradition. I only wish it was located in my hometown. I loved the mass here

Reverent, quiet, and peaceful...loved the beauty of the Church with the stations of the cross in the stained glass windows... thank you!

I am happy, because the way they developed, reminded the old time when I was little and I went to church in my country, the music excelled with the organ no like discotheque.

for 4 years I moved to charlotte I go to this church, I received in the best way my little son received his sacrament of baptism here... and now I hope it grows so I can go to church school

This church ministers to a very broad segment of Christians. Welcoming, compassionate, truthful, and loving.

Very nice church offers Latin mass on Fridays at 12:30pm not many offer this looks like priests work hard and try to live by what Jesus says offer confession almost everyday great. Eucharist adoration is open 24/7 and now they have the stations of the cross everyday Friday in many different times no excuses in Lent. I would like to say that priest should talk more about receiving ( communion)Christ in the mouth and why we have to do this not in the hand they already have kneeler all around the altar so we receive Christ in kneeling. Also would like to offer them to address how we should come dressed to church for women not in shorts showing legs or with cut off shirts for men dressed with pants and not coming in shorts or tank tops or cut off sleeves because we are coming to see Jesus . Overall they do a great job and I also hope they don’t stop doing the Latin mass because the pope says so because the bishop has the power to not obey if he sees that the Latin mass has brought and is doing good to the people of st mark we need to strong in these times and speak the truth even if others critique us or persecute us like what’s happening in Germany now with the Catholic Church Catholic Church is living it’s passion like Christ did thank you for everything you do . God bless being Catholic isn’t easy.

I love how we have Confession booth opens for 30minutes before every masses. I love that our Eucharist Adoration is open 24/7. I love how they have the rosary going after 9am masses. It is a family friendly place, and we have activities and events always going for families. The masses is beautiful, always ending with Micheal the Archangel’s prayer, you can really feel the present and love of God here. So fortunate to be a part of this parish. Thank you St Mark

I can not say enough about this Beautiful and blessed Church. The Community, the clergy, the presence of God, the perpetual adoration, the love and reverence to the Sacraments, everything I am experiencing is amazing and definitely what every Catholic Church should be. ❤

My ultimately favorite church so far well besides my own home church from where I used too live. It certainly compares to a very family oriented, and friendly place too go. More activities here than back home...
Lots of volunteering opportunities. They take part in a shelter, an anti-abortion rally and even a Christmas craft show so there's tons of ways to help out.
I like the lay out of the church itself. The mass has a calming feel and since they rebuilt it in 2009ish...it's been a more home like feeling. They take good care of you here. Ty for reading my review.

Our 7mo baby yelled gleefully through Saturday night mass, and we still felt welcome. Very reverent celebration of the Blessed Sacrament, and beautiful music.

They have 24/7 perpetual adoration and a lot of good confession times which are very convenient

In the area for business and my husband n I went to a daily Mass here. It was so beautiful! The reverence for Our Lord was absolutely amazing! Allowing parishioners the opportunity to kneel before the King of the world is wonderful. In PA we are scoffed at for raising our children to honor their Lord and Savior in such a way! It was great to have the Eucharistic ministers show reverence on the altar while the Lord was being placed in His tabernacle. The prayers at the close of Mass is another thing we teach our children to pray - and we do that quietly in our church, so to witness the St. Michael prayer and others. Thank you to the pastor, who seems to be shepherding his people in a wonderful and pious manner.

What a beautiful mass I just experienced. Back in south Florida I am usually disturbed by the lack of reverence to our lord and this sort of overall careless attitude. I’m usually the one who notices if someone in mass knows what’s really going on before us and I get impressed by the the few whom I encounter very seldom. but here in Huntersville Carolina you find real Catholics! Women with their veils, everyone kneeling before the lord, kneeling to receive communion, etc! The priests homily was superb! The ending prayers, the love!!!!! Not to mention the amount of faithfuls on a Thursday evening! Glory be to God! If you ever visit North Carolina, you will love St. Mark Catholic Church! Makes me want to move here... and now I must pray for south Florida because the liberalism is just disturbing and it has nothing to do with Vatican 2.

I go during the week, when nobody else is there to reflect and pray, they have there doors open even if there is no service. The staff is respectful and it's just an all around peaceful place. I love it.
