Carmen is seriously the best. My oldest daughter was terrified of Dr offices because of a traumatic experience, and she loves going to see her Dr Carmen. Caring about clients makes the biggest difference when it comes to health care and Carmen goes above and beyond. And Carmen’s nurses are pretty special to us as well. We couldn’t ask for better ladies to take of our family.

She is a very caring, thorough, and knowledgeable PA! She addresses each matter and makes sure we understand everything. She is amazing with my young children as well as myself! We have had no issues getting in to see her, and beside manners are impeccable! You can truly tell she cares for you!

Practitioner cares about patients and has great bedside manner. Practices new age medicine with old school feel.

The provider herself is amazing i went in 2019 had a good experience, but i have been trying to get my medical records. i called 3 weeks ago they got my info, said it would be mailed havent gotten it, i left a voicemail last week no call back. I live in texas now so i cant go up there to request it

I don’t ever post negatively, but this is a horrible practice. I was a regular patient and I was having some pain. Called and made an appointment. They had to cancel it due to a family emergency, which is totally fine. I asked them to call me back when Dr. cumpston came back. They never did. I was also put on medication for a thyroid condition. They never rechecked my levels. They never asked me how I was doing. Don’t ever go here if you want quality service. Terrible management.
