I had a flouroscopic arthrogram done which is where they inject some dye and take an MRI. My doctor who, I can't for the life of me remember his name, was super great. He told me exactly what he was going to do and when it would hurt and he made me feel very comfortable. Then all the nurses were super sweet and understanding. Friendly and helpful. I'm happy with my experience. :)

Staff is absolutely amazing. I received treatment nearly immediately. Everyone was very respectful and made the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable.

We started going to Dr. Baylor in 2022-2023 invited as a neighbor living in the same neighborhood. First my husband was seen, then one of our daughters for athletics, overall claiming him as our family’s listed PCP (Primary Care Physician) with our insurance carrier. Then, when I called in recently to establish an appointment for our second child still living in the home, I was quickly informed that she could not be seen until a month later because she is not yet an established patient. The receptionist on the phone started to become very long winded and argue with me, reiterating herself 3-4 times over and over again until I became upset and let her know that while I clearly understood everything she was saying and that she had no need to keep repeating herself, I was still not happy with the overall outcome of being denied an immediate appointment with my other child needing to be seen due to an earache simply because she had never been seen by him before. This upset me due to the fact that we have Dr. Baylor listed as our family’s Primary Care Physician with our insurance carrier and also due to the fact that the other half of our family living inside the home has already been seen by him. Even so, she was very proud to inform me that our family history of being seen by Dr. Baylor and him being listed as our PCP meant absolutely nothing and held no amount of value in getting my other child scheduled in to be seen by him any quicker. If anything, it also allowed me to see that this physician is apparently too busy and packed up with the patients he already has in place that he cannot afford to give value to the additional family members of patients he has already established care with. The other obscene truth it allowed me to see is that whoever was working on his staff taking calls on this particular day did not have any ethical or professional qualifications or accountabilities when dealing with how to talk to patients/customers/potential clients. It was even more rude and extremely disrespectful when she decided to hang up the phone on me at the point when I told her it was upsetting me to discover this truth and then requested to talk to someone else on staff who was willing and able to listen. Quite honestly, I’m not really sure why any doctor’s office, healthcare facility, hospital/urgent care, or public walk in clinic would want anyone of this lower ethical caliber or lack in professional moral code dealing with people in general representing them over the phone or in person, face to face. Needless to say, the person answering the phone for Dr. Baylor needed to have her cry heard louder than any patient calling in for an appointment. Her cry of dispute was clearly bold and outrageous. It was purely ridiculous and enough to make me want to start looking for a completely different physician who has more time for his patients and their families and a more customer friendly and patient oriented staff on board.
