Very informative visit. Found out more info from Dr Washburn than all my four years with another endocrinologist. Took a lot of time answering my questions. I felt very comfortable and confident in the advice he gave me.

I went to see Dr Washburn for the first time and really liked him. He took his time to listen to me and visited as well. Was very personable and I will go back if I need too. Would highly recommend him!

Washburn is supper personable, and always explains in plain English. Never judges at any of my odd questions.

We drove 4 hours straight in terrible conditions and would be late by 30 minutes the woman on the phone said that if we would be more than 20 minutes late that we might as well turn around so without even getting to the office and hearing from just the one woman she had a terrible attitude

They told I needed a referral from my primary Dr. $150 later and a day missed from work I'm told. "Our Doctor don't want to see you". They owe me $150.

Very disrespectful to my mom. Sending her away claiming she refused to take care of herself and didn’t even care she had no way to take her blood sugar 12 days.

I had appointment scheduled for February 17 and it snowed and iced so had to reschedule for march 18th and I thought it was still 2:30 and it was 1:30 so they wouldn’t see me even though I was there at 2:15 and drive an hour and half away so now scheduled April 18th staff was kinda rude that I wasn’t there on time

Very unpleasant office staff. Also, they wii not call back in a timely manner. I would not send my worst enemy to that office! Terrible!
