The DHS Claremore location is definitely the nicest, most helpful, and expedient DHS office that I have been to.

Claremore DHS staff are awesome they are always polite, considerate, helpful, and friendly

Always fast & very friendly office. Especially compared to Tulsa office

Spent nearly 5 hrs on the phone today between DHS and sooner care still I have to figure out how to resolve the problem myself ugghhh

Can't contact the office in Claremore u don't see very good and need help paying bills and paper work I get transferred to okc and wait 4 hours on the phone why have a office in Claremore

Because dhs is the worst when it comes to taking kids from people that don’t deserve it

We called and left a message and it takes them forever to respond

Always long wait time for no apparent reason. No lines, no workers, no good. I've seen busier places and they get people in and out quicker. Idk why. Please someone tell me what are all those workers doing in the back??? And they seem to hate their job so much. They have no compassion in helping whatsoever

My case worker refuses to help me. She told me to call a number she provided and when I did I've been hung up on multiple times. These people must really hate their jobs and hate people in general.

Rude lady at front desk. It's the lady that always answers the phone with the "Good Morning Oklahoma Dhssss". She wont give me my caseworkers number . I cant get another case worker and my current case worke? She won't call me back regarding Foodstamps. She hasn't called back in weeks actually another women had to help me the time before. I have two children and do not deserve to be chucked at and blatantly ignored about a new case worker when I specifically asked three times. I will be calling and making a complaint on this women

I've had one of the worst DHS workers I've ever heard of. She gives me inaccurate information, lies and bullies to get her way. Made a rude remark about my mental illness and constantly uses my kids as pawns to make me do things I don't want to do. Gave me incorrect phone numbers for resources, ignored requests for resources I actually needed, and lied to my family about things I've said. Cannot get ahold of this office to get a different worker. Absolutely horrific experience.

Called to ask questions on snap and about P EBT payments. My complaint is don't have an attitude towards me for asking questions that your supposed to know not me I don't work for dhs you do! Smh!

Rings and rings and rings when you call. Trash service.
