Always hot and fresh! We love this place so much. We have tried everything they have. We especially love the chicken tenders. They are always perfectly breaded and nice and meaty. They come in 3 piece or 5 piece , fries, and a drink. The fries themselves are a great treat. Customer service is usually awesome. I would suggest calling in or app order. Them are always very busy.

We did try whole thighs this time. A little disappointed because they were really tiny and a bit over cooked. Maybe because they were on the bone. Not sure.

I Havent seen The cooks that make my wings 1 hour AFTER MY wait time ! This New Crew Is Definitely Amazing , Cashiers Are GREAT, The Boss Lady has Amazing Customer service and definitely Seems to know what shes doing . The cooks are working together to get our orders out and FRESH ! Definitely Coming back !

I eat here every two weeks lol I cannot get enough of these wings haha they should come out with seasonal or more flavors but when I want good chicken wings and I want a lot this is where I go ... Also this location is very pleasant to visit

Even though I ordered a large amount right before the restaurant closed, Maria at the register was welcoming and friendly and assured me there was no problem!

Placed a Togo order and it was ready to go! Employees were very nice as well

Ok, I realize this is a college town and I am 50. But it is always funny to read reviews from people that need someone catering to their every need and smiling at them. We walked in, placed an order with a friendly girl, got our drinks, and enjoyed a 10 minute conversation amongst ourselves. Our food came, was outstanding, and we left full. Don’t need a full service restaurant, and didn’t expect one. Tenders in “original hot” was great - three was plenty.

As a foreigner to study and live in Norman, the wing stop place is one of the best places to treat myself. And it has already been one of the favorite American restaurants in my mind. However, it is a type of professional junk food I think.

Wings are really really good. Seasoning could use a bit of a pick-me-up. Still good flavors. Would definitely order again!

Our office ordered from their website, order was perfect and ready for pick-up, their boneless wings are awesome. Can't go wrong with the Mango Habanero!

Great wings at a fair price, and fast, friendly service. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe people are expecting white glove service from a fried chicken wing restaurant.

The food was delicious!!
We ate on the patio... who knew they had a patio?! It was fun and the weather was great for eating outdoors!
We all three got 2 meals out of our lunch order... that was a nice bonus!!

The food was excellent. I love this place because it is consistent with the taste of the food. It may seem that it takes a little longer for your food, but it is because it is made and sauced fresh! I love the fact that the manager is willing to not only manage but he also takes your order and is known to come out and check on the customers as well.

Devon the cashier was friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. This was me and my boyfriend's first time visiting a wing stop, so we had some questions, and Devon was very informative in helping us pick the right flavor and meal choice for us. He made us feel welcome and was so nice. We really enjoyed the food, which came out promptly. We will be coming back to this wing stop very soon thanks to the excellent customer service and food quality.

They never disappoint! It's best to call in because they are so busy. But the selection of sauces are nice and the corn is spicy 😋, if you want wings this is the spot!

Wide variety of sauces and rubs, got the BBQ and Parmesan Garlic and were very good.
Excellent value for the money and the man at the register was patient, helpful, and exuded total customer service.
We are so happy we discovered this place.

The food we get here is always excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful, and the eating area and bathrooms clean and well-maintained. My favorite part of coming here (which we can't do often as we live 1.5hrs away) is the fact that the owner is always there to greet us; he recognizes us and asks how we're doing. He talks with our kids (we have three: 4, 3, and 1.5) and makes us feel right at home. :) Every time we make a trip to Norman this is where we eat!

Totally new experience, workers serious, food ready on time and delicious. Somebody changed this place a lot and it has paid off.
