Great doctor with an awesome bed side manner. He tries to lighten the mood making jokes to make his patients smile. He is very honest and will not sugar coat things or lie about anything. He recently did surgery on my husband and I am so very thankful and appreciate everything Dr Mangels has and is doing to help my husband. I am so grateful we have a doctor as great as him on our team ! I fully recommend anyone see Dr Mangels if you or a loved one needs a neurosurgeon. He is awesome surgeon!

Doctor Kyle Mangles is an AMAZING doctor!! He has performed 3 different surgeries on me, the last being a 6 hour surgery on my spine. It means everything when having such a major surgery (or any surgery) to know and trust the doctor doing the surgery, he’s got you!! May God always guide and steady his hands!

I don't know any other back surgeon as great as Dr Mangels. He is straight up with you and will joke around with you also. He definitely knows what he is doing. I've had back surgeries and elbow surgery with him. Highly recommended!!!!!

After meeting with several Dr.s to fix my wife's neck we were feeling hopeless. Then we met Dr. Mangels. He laid out a clear plan to fix her neck and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He's a gifted Dr. with a personality and wisdom. I would recommend him if you need help. His facility is second to none. We left feeling good and gained a new friend as well. I was loosing use of my hands and feet due to spinal cord pinch. My first visit was in a wheelchair. I had surgery and walked into my four weeks follow up.
I definitely recommend Dr. Mangels.

Dr Mangles takes the time to listen to you. And explains his findings in wording you can understand. Dr Mangles has operated on me and my wife's lower back. Couldn't be more pleased. He has a very good bedside manner. Very thankful for him. His assistant Bobbie has always called me back or answered my emails in a timely manner. Great group of people!!

Very talented, incredible surgeon and great person overall. Very professional, and cares deeply about how well you feel and do during a spine pathology. I really felt great with him on my side during the whole process, and will recommend him for all brain and spine procedures.

Dr.Mangels did my brain surgery to remove a tumor that was right above my brain stem. A very high risk surgery. I absolutely would not go to anyone else but him.He done my husband's neck surgery a few years before I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and he has never had another problem with his neck. He is the best in my opinion. I Love the way he talks with us and he genuinely cares about his patients and what they are going through emotionally.

I had surgery August of 2015 and the Dr and all staff was first class! I had no issues with anything or anyone. When I woke up after surgery I felt so much better than I did before! I would trust Dr Mangels opinion anytime. He was straight forward with me and I appreciated that. I was able to go back to a normal life or as normal as you can with 2 kids and a husband! I highly recommend Dr Mangels and the Oklahoma Spine and Brain Institute!

I am not his patient but my wife is. From the first time we met with him I knew my wife was in good hands. He was very respectable and knows his job very well. He explained her procedure in terms where we could understand him verses using big doctor words. I know my wife will be in good hands with him performing her back surgery next month..

Dr. Mangels has performed back and neck surgery on me. Plus he did neck surgery on my husband years ago. I would never let anyone do any kind of spinal surgery on me, except him. Wonderful Dr.

Dr. Mangels is the best of the best. I don't think you can go wrong with his perfectionist demeanor and friendly bedside manner. He is a top notch doctor and person. He cares. He performed a 4 level posterior lumbar interbody fusion for me in 2006 with great long lasting results; so when my neck became a problem, it was a natural decision to select him to perform a 2 level cervical discectomy and replacement with artificial discs. My outcomes have been wonderful.

The office staff, as a whole, is pleasant enough. I had a situation with the business office lead, Konni. She lacked reasonable professionalism, but it was resolved.

I like my doctor and his scheduler, Bobbi and Ebony at the desk. There are many more talented and helpful people in the office.

I would recommend Dr Mangels, any time & any place.

Dr. Mangels done a great job on my surgery. He has a wonderful bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable. Explains things so you can understand them.

Besides being an excellent surgeon, he always makes me feel at ease, answers any and all questions and genuinely makes me feel that he cares about my wellbeing. I feel quite confident in his care and would highly recommend.

My wife had surgery in February of this year. Dr. Mangles was exceptional. He was very professional and very personal in his approach. Checking in on my wife daily, even during the weekend. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Dr. Mangels is my go-to-guy for neurosurgery! I did my second spinal fusion and now will perform my third spinal fusion. I like his honestly in explaining what needs to be done and he has a great sense of humor!
