I’ve never had a problem here. Refunds or exchanges are very doable within 30 days with receipt, as most places these days. I’ve been with them since the computer store, now I drive up from Dallas to get juice & products here.

These guys saved me the other night. Was having issues with my Tank and they were able to find me a similar tank, that not only fixed the issues I had with the tank, but upgraded the size too and didn't break the bank. I ended up paying less here for 2 juices, coils and a tank than I do at other places

There awesome they have good juices I had my vape about two months now and no problems and anytime I walk in there nice friendly and help me find what I need I even love that they give point you can save and use later

These guys have the best customer service. They are always willing to help me when needed.

The 3 guys that were in there were super friendly, helpful, and knowledge about the products. Very chill atmosphere they don't make you feel pressured into buying something. Excellent customer service, I believe I found my new favorite vape shop! Atmosphere is way chill in there highly recommended

I love this place, and the customer service they have is top of the line. Basically anything you need and you can call and make sure it's there or look online and then make a trip there to pick up your stuff and you're in and out within a few minutes, just like an impatient man like myself likes it.

They mix their own fluid here and this is a great place to do business

First time getting a vape. Heather was amazing. She is very friendly and professional. She explained pros and cons on all the devices. She recommended devices based on my needs not by the most expensive. She helped me pick out flavors and even set it up so i would be ready for use leaving the store. She made sure i was hapoy with it before I left. She went above and beyond. Thank You! I will be back.

The guy we dealt with was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I personally hadn't been in to deal with anyone on the inside in a Long time, so I had Lots of questions! Her way very patient and helped me in all the ways that he could. Thanks again.

.Employees are helpful with MOST of your questions. Owners are cool laid back people. Definitely a place to stop by they have some of the better prices in town for Mods. Good place

Wonderful! They were very nice and accommodating. I ask alot of questions lol they were patient and provided full explanations for every question I asked. They also greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend.

The people that work here are really nice and super helpful. Cameron and Caleb were very accommodating and they went the extra mile for me even though I got there 10 minutes before the store closed. I live about 30 minutes away but I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. They can answer pretty much all of your questions about tanks, mods, batteries and juice. Definitely one of the best places to shop for vape gear, and has some of the better juice out there. Especially their house juices. Which happen to be at amazingly low prices currently.
