Playa Azul Authentic Mexican Restaurant

As soon as I enter it I was greeted very friendly people. The atmosphere was good that we're very talkative. I felt very welcome. The food didn't take that long. It tasted amazing and like I said everybody was very friendly

The food here is excellent, the drink was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was quite and peaceful! I can't wait to go back and have another delicious meal here! I recommend that you go have a wonderful meal here if you haven't already!

I ordered the jumbo garlic shrimp dinner, it was spot on. Thev flavors were delicious. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back again soon.

Amazing molcajete, the chips would have been better if they were warm but they were still fresh.

Visiting from out of town, hotel recommended. Amazing food, huge selection. I had the chile relleno on our first visit, I've had better, but the second visit had the Mocajete Mexicano and it was amazing. Coworker had the green burrito and it was massive and delicious

Perfect beef fajitas, wonderful octopus cocktail, the guac was on point and the ceviche tostadas complimented everything above. Big thanks to the beautiful and pleasant staff.

One of my favorite places in town. Great food, prompt and good service. My order is always spot on. Their queso is great. Their portion sizes are quite large. I always leave satisfied.

This is our go-to Mexican Restaurant in Enid. The market is flooded, but these folks offer a good menu, good food, good service, and great prices.

Very tasty food, but I'm not sure how "authentic" it really is. I had the taquitos and they were great, no complaints. The chips and salsa were pretty good too. The atmosphere is pretty casual, no need to be fancy. Service was fast and friendly. I thought about trying the flan but was a little full and it was getting close to closing time anyways.

Their margaritas are the best! I like their fajitas and queso. I’ve never had bad service here before. My husband and I had our first date here 7 years ago this month. They also have never messed up a To-go order either.

I hadn't eaten at Playa Azul since they were at their previous location. For several years lived further away from Enid and just didn't go to Enid often.

Today a friend and I were shopping and decided we wanted Mexican food, and we both mentioned Playa Azul. So that's where we went.

The restaurant was very clean and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was very pleasant and was knowledgeable about items on the menu. Service was pretty fast.

I ordered a combo plate with a taco, chalupa and tostada. I wanted rice and beans and those were added for $2.99, which is reasonable. The food was very good! My eyes were bigger than my stomach, though, and I couldn't finish everything!

I liked their salsa, though it really wasn't hot at all. The salsa had chili powder in it, along with crushed tomatoes and some cilantro, but I like cilantro and thought it needed more. I am sure other ingredients were there, but the four I mentioned were the predominant flavors. The chips were okay...pretty generic. They were thick. I love the thin crispy chips like Chili's has, but not many places serve those.

I loved the taco, chalupa and tostada. My taco was ground beef with lettuce and a white grated cheese. The chalupa was on a flat crispy corn tortilla and had ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese and guacamole. The tostada was on a crispy corn tortilla and was beans, lettuce, tomatoes and grated cheese.
The white grated cheese wasn't feta, and I am no cheese expert, but it could've been jack or white cheddar. It was good, though.

I definitely will eat here again. Women always pay attention to bathrooms and I will say that the restroom was very clean. The meals seemed very affordable to me. My dinner was $9.99, plus the $2.99 for rice and beans, plus a drink, and my total, with tax was under $18.00.

Sour cream cheese enchilada meal is my favorite, the queso, salsa and chips are all delicious!! Staff are all so friendly, serve time is always quick. Add the margarita to top it off. They never disappoint

Me and my family really liked there food, and the super burrito is flippen yummy.

This has always been my favorite family dine in spot! The food is absolutely amazing and customer service is so friendly and quick to help you! I love love love the Enchiladas especially with their red sauce!

Love this place! They have the best queso and margaritas in town! Every time me and my husband come in we get the molcajete and octopus and shrimp cocktail!! Never fails to taste soo good. 😋😋😋
