Taco Bueno

This Taco Bueno branch has made us enjoy Taco Bueno again! We used to really like eating there then it went down hill but recently we have had great service and food. When we visited today they had it all decorated for Christmas with items from their own homes ❤. Just wanted to say thank you for their efforts in making a fast food restaurant worth going to!

It's the the only one in Norman, recently rebuilt and they offer a very nice 20% off military discount.

I went in on a weeknight around 6pm. There were 3 folks working behind the counter. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, two tacos and a couple taquitos. I’m from California so this was my first time at a Taco Bueno. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and seemed to have a good attitude. The food was affordable price. I was happy, it was muy bueno at Taco Bueno. Haha. I would definitely come back.

Taco bueno is still one of my favorite fast food tex mex restaurants. Only gripe I have is the main entrance from the road can be a pain swing into if the restaurant is busy

Food was hot and quick. The crew and atmosphere was cool and respectful enough to let me loose time for like 2 hrs working on the computer.

The staff was very friendly, the store was clean and welcoming.

My go-to... Daily... lunch or dinner...🥴😆😊🥰...great food and staff....they literally waus get my orders...RIGHT.. go figure ... a place with competent employees... and great staff despite how I have seen the way they get treated by these hateful people here... great staff...food and service..

The Taco-Rex and Buenozilla is a must see!!

Food has a good spice to it we used to have them in Kansas City but now they don’t so I get it in Norman when I’m here in business.

Since toni has been the manager this place is doing much better!!! I ordered cheese cake chimis with my meal she told me they were not ready but she went above and beyond to get them out of the freezer and cook them for my order. I just want to say personally thank you!! And keep up the good work !!!

Audrey and Maria are the bomb. Audrey is the only person I’ve seen at Bueno actually jog to and from registers to the dining room to the BOH…everywhere. She’s always incredibly nice and very respectful. Maybe she will say something to someone who gets a water cup and actually tries and gets a soda but you know…. that is stealing and I would say something also. I’m offended someone on here said she slammed the door in her husbands face. Definitely seems like some made up story because I go in there 2-4 times a week and she treats everyone better than anyone else, at any TB I’ve ever been to and I’ve been eating at Bueno since I was 4. I sincerely hope this store doesn’t lose her or Maria or I think this bueno would tank. There was a recent change up in GM and that transition and staff change could have been why there were complaints the past couple of weeks. They were highly understaffed a few nights I went in there after the management change up, but Audrey killed it and communicated to EVERY guest they were short staffed and there would be a wait. She really works hard and after being a bartender for 12 years, there are few people that I have seen work as efficiently and respectfully as she does. Even with the other employees… she expresses thank you and please constantly.

Went in today to this location and was very impressed, a young gentleman with red hair named Mike helped me. His service was absolutely splendid, professional, courteous, and efficient. The type of attitude for leadership for sure, give this guy a raise.

The Food and Service were great. Fresh ingredients and staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were a party of 7 and we were all happy.
However the cutlery was being displayed upside down. I work in the Catering industry and I noticed straight away. I hope they corrected this . 👩‍🔧🤷‍♀

Went here because my work was offering free lunches to employees and I have to say I was shocked. The quality of the food is so much better than places like Taco Bell. Price is very reasonable. Flavor is great. Employees were nice and food came out quick and hot. I've literally been back 2 more times since then. Will be my go to Mexican fast food going forward!

Greeted quickly. Food was great. Young lady at the drive-through was professional and courteous. Got my order correct and napkins and flatware were provided ,unlike the competition.

Went through the drive thru. Super friendly staff. I make large orders for family meals and our orders are always correct. They give plenty of condiments. Food has been fresh and hot. Chips have not been stale. Great fast food location.

Do you know when they will be in stock again? Or if they are NOT coming back? 🧐😥

The first location I went to was in OKC months ago and they were out.
