The Garfield County Health Department is a first-class operation. I should know, it was my own doctor who ran it for several years. They do a great job of taking care of the poor and Indigent of the County, as well as doing preventive health awareness work around the county. I have even gone there a couple of times when I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor. They are always courteous and the place is always spotless.

Every employee was kind and courteous. They were efficient. They also have procedures set in place for COVID-19. They made me and my son feel safe.

If you absolutely need services, I would HIGHLY advise you move. And I understand that that isn't always an option so if you HAVE to go into this building for ANY reason here's what your probably gonna be dealing with: for every 5 people you see expect 4 dirty looks, if you speak another language thats gonna be a 5/5. Don't try to call anyone, you'll only get a voicemail after talking to the receptionist (I'm almost positive they are the only ones who KNOW how to pick up a phone). If you have severe allergies, don't come. Dust covers a vast amount of surface area and the random smiley faces while cute are better suited for paper art not table/arm rest art.

If you say your walk-in clinic is open until 4:00 then you should be open until 4:00. Showed up at 3:30 and was told there was no one available to give shots because the nurses were in a meeting.

Nurse was very disrespectful while explaining something I did not understand. Created a big inconvenience and I did not feel comfortable speaking to her. Will not return.

Please protect those patients that are taking their Covid-19 vaccine at your place. My significant other got infected after he went to your location.
