Toast in Mount Pleasant is an absolute gem for a quick breakfast stop on a Thursday morning before hitting the beach! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel right at home. The fact that the food is locally made by people who live in the area added an extra touch of charm.

Not only did the staff serve up a delicious breakfast, but they were also happy to share their insights on fun things to do throughout the day in the area. Their recommendations made my beach day even more enjoyable!

The food itself was a delightful blend of freshness and flavors. I loved knowing that the fruits and vegetables used in my meal were locally grown, adding a burst of seasonal taste to my plate. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the attention to detail in every dish was evident.

But what really impressed me was the coffee. Brewed to perfection, the coffee was amazing and hot, filled the air and added to the overall wonderful experience.

The bartender Rhonda is amazing!!!! Fun to talk to and great personality! The food was amazing we will most definitely come back!!! We got the steak and eggs soooo good, grits were creamy. Awesome place

Maria was wonderful! I told her my parents were celebrating their anniversary and she took such good care of us!! Also, the sweet tea biscuit is next level amazing!

We visited on a Friday morning and had no wait! The wait staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful and attentive! The menu offered a variety of different options and all of the dishes we chose were incredible! My mom and I LOVED our omelets and the biscuit was probably the best biscuit I’ve ever had! The French toasts was also outstanding! This is an incredible brunch option that I highly recommend everyone check out while in the area!

**updated** we previously liked the food but not the service. We went back mid week and god a really nice waitress who made us feel welcomed. The food was good. The portion sizes are very big. The pancakes were about 10” round and I got two. The one egg side we ordered looked like 3-4 eggs. The French toast is good too I might like the pancakes better though. The quality of the food was good too. I was very skeptical of the beignets as we have had them in New Orleans and frankly other places try but fail. These were actually really good. They have the multiple layers to the dough as they should. one thing they were $8 and were the size of tator totts. So that part is not great. A beignet is not just fried dough(that you get in boston) it’s layered like a crescent dough. These were right on point there.

We had french toast and a classic benny; everything was delicious! Also they have really good coffee and big mugs, not the tiny coffee cups you get at most places.

Irish eyes were definitely smiling as I had an Omelette called the Irish. House made corned beef and mozzarella cheese. Had a carafe of Bloody Mary with bacon infused vodka. Service was once again outstanding, his name was D not sure how he spelled it but he did a great job!

Our food was just delicious! Eggs were perfect, the grits sublime. I had the Eggs Meeting Street, which included crab cakes and fried green tomatoes. My daughter had the Corned Beef. Both were excellent. A gem in Mt. Pleasant.

Great food and excellent service at this popular spot! The menu offers a variety of foods but coming from the North I was particularly attracted to some southern cuisine, specially fried chicken. Their version on a biscuit is delicious, not to mention the biscuit itself. I should also mention not to forget beignets. Well crafted drinks and cocktails complete the experience. Special thanks to our server Lavonne who made our visit special with her topnotch attention to our requests.

We came here with parents today and it was awesome! Maria was our server and she was beyond exceptional. Very prompt, remembered every last detail of our order, checked in on us just the right number of times and at the right times, and humored my dad! ;) Added bonus! Highly recommend, and def ask for Maria’s section!

My wife and I went for breakfast on a weekday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was outstanding - we both ordered breakfast items - and our server, Alyssa, was cheerful and attentive. We definitely plan to return to this location next time we are in town.

Maria was amazing! The fried flounder & slaw was very good. The biscuits were soft & warm with great flavor. The ham was overcooked, dry, and leathery. The poached eggs & grits were perfect. Overall an extremely pleasant and fulfilling breakfast.

Takeout order. That deluxe stuffed french toast was amazing, thick and delicious. Five stars for that.
No complaints about beignets (layered like a croissant), cole slaw (I liked it, girlfriend thought it could use pepper), and chicken salad sandwich.

Really wonderful spot for breakfast in Mount Pleasant. Portions are large and staff is very friendly. The corned beef hash was phenomenal and we left with our bellies full. Our server, Scotty, was only on his fourth day but was the most personable of people and made our visit all the more enjoyable.

Ate here after tasting the pizza from their downtown location and was taken care of by Halie. She’s hilarious. Food was great. Jessica the manager checked on us a couple times. Wonderful time. Will be back definitely.

First time eating at toast all day. The food was great the mimosa was amazing. Our waitress Leslie was wonderful,sweet, and kind. Will definitely return to eat at toast all day during my next visit to Charleston.

From the time I walked in the door LaVonne treated me like family. I asked LaVonne about the chicken and waffles and she raved about them and the fact that the are topped with the hot honey. And she was right... They were great. I also ordered a biscuit which was even better... an amazing biscuit! Not too mention the Diablo Bloody Mary... Delicious also. I've also had an omelette and home fries at this location before which was also great. I'd highly recommend Toast All Day!

Excellent breakfast spot in Mt. Pleasant. The menu had offerings from overnight oats to French toast, to open face omelets to avocado toast. The portions are large and biscuits are massive. Everything is made in house and is delicious. Well worth any wait you may have for a breakfast that will keep you full and energize you for a good part of the day.
