QDOBA Mexican Eats

I always enjoy grabbing Qdoba for a quick meal! I rotate on what I get, which is not normal for me but their burritos, bowls, and quesadillas are also good that it’s definitely hard to decide what to get. My favorite of their meats is definitely the chicken!

The lovely and very patient(one person at the time) - the house chef was overloaded but she did it with with gracious smile! 🙌 Thank you- Great food!!!! UPDATE: AS ALWAYS GREAT FOOD! LOVE THE QUESO/ GUACAMOLE! YUMM!!;
Update #2- (as of 7- 24-2022) I stopped in for a "dinner-ish" NO AIR CONDITIONER 😢 NOT I AM COMPLAINING * THE WORKERS WERE SO SWEET/ AND SO NICE ALL WHILE IN THE BLISTERING HEAT OF 103° WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID FOOD WAS HOT, AND THE SERVICE IS 100% 😉 THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE! ❤

Excellent service with a smile. I want to thank Ronda for helping me today. This location was understaffed for the day and Rhonda came in early, being the only one on the line helping customers! Not only was she working hard to complete all the orders, she had an upbeat and positive attitude. I am very impressed! Thank you Ronda!

The service at this Qdoba was outstanding. The manager on duty went out of his way to accommodate my wife's gluten sensitivity. They also have some vegetarian options. They handled our group of over 12 very quickly. The food was fresh and had good flavor. I'd highly recommend it for a fast bite, or linger in their outdoor seating.

3 people in line. It took 30 mins to get to the register. UPADATE. Whatever change was made is fantastic. Brandon, that works the lunch hour does a great job. I was in an out very quickly. Thank you.

Chipotle, WHOO??? Hahah, Qdoba over Chipotle any given Sunday! Just the Queso alone was enough for me to choose them. Great meat options, great veggies, great sides, and an all around great menu. The workers move FAST too! They really do make it easy to order there. Go, go, go! 😋

Surf and turf bowl is incredible!! The shrimp has such amazing flavor.

Went in for the first time and I ordered the 3 cheese nachos . OMG! They were so good and fresh. I have been there at least 4 other times and I have not been disappointed. However, the nachos are sooo good that I haven't ordered anything else 😋

Susan was very helpful and fun to work with! She was able to accommodate me even with computer issues they were having. Both of the employees were very nice, they could use a few more employees to speed things up a bit but they were great and did an excellent job with what they had.

I have started driving to the Broken Arrow location since the others in Tulsa have shut down. I am so happy they have continued to keep this store open. The food is always fresh and the staff are very friendly! I went to give a special shout out to Tammy, she is so kind and always greets me with a smile! She goes above and beyond even when she is making orders by herself and others are in line. I can tell Tammy takes pride in her job and making sure her customers are satisfied. I truly hope her manager values her as an employee. Thank you for your kindness, Tammy!

Updating my review because things are a lot cleaner, and the staff is a lot nicer to work with as of today! We loved our bowls. Very good.

Love Qdoba, the food is always great, but super inconsistent mask usage by the staff on multiple visits. Two team members completely without face masks, and one with the mask under her nose. Sanitation in general leaves a lot to be desired, with team members using their gloved hands to pull up their pants, adjust their clothing or face mask, etc. Then not changing gloves.
Just really disappointing. Want to feel like my food is being handled safely, and that guests safety in general is being taken seriously. Considering there is a sign on the door about masks being mandatory. Please advise your team to follow safety guidelines!!

I ate here before and was so unimpressed I hadn't planned to come back. But today, everything was great! New management? A very pleasant woman greeted me and served me. The place was clean and maintained. Even the restroom was clean.

Love going here. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Also very patient, when not knowing what's in the bar. 10/10 recommend

The food tasted unbelievably good! Better than most "sit down" Tulsa Mexican restaurants! It's kind of like a high quality, Tex-Mex version of Subway. Fresh ingredients with amazing flavor combinations. Nice, friendly staff. I'm going back tomorrow!

Great Impossible meat options. The outstanding part is the staff!! The employees that were there are friendly, genuinely great employees. Will definitely be back soon.

Was here picking up an ubereats order. The district manager was understaffed and overwhelmed but still managed to talk to every customer and get everything taken care of. Even gave me a free entree for my wait. Very impressed.

July 16th 2021 the afternoon staff had OUTSTANDING customer service skills! The burritos are amazing with a slightly different flavor profile in every bite, depending on what you hit down there.
