Connect Hearing is a very professional, friendly office. Michael Beasley is Board Certified and is eager to share his knowledge with his patients. I became a patient here when I had my old devices and purchased new ones as they became less effective. I’m most impressed with the level of customer service provided - I’ve worn hearing aids for many years and find the overall education about each device, as well as the relationship that has developed is second to none. Heather is always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Just an excellent office!

Michael Beasley is amazing. He is patient and walk you through the process to bring comfort to your experience. I was able to see inside my ear and what he was doing and was explained everything. I appreciated the time he took and the wealth of knowledge that he has. I recommend coming here and educate yourself on your hearing. To be able to hear is one of our senses so stay on top of any losses no matter if it is mild, moderate or severe.

I had an issue with my existing hearing Aids purchased elsewhere in my prior home town. I stopped by and asked IF they could help . Heather was so kind and arranged to work me in . Michael Beasley worked on the Units for over 20 minutes correcting the feedback issue. I am quite impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.

My first hearing aids. I found Heather welcoming. I have other hearing test but Michael explained things in a simple way that gave me insight into hearing loss. I was fitted today and once again Michael explained the process and what my first days would be like. It is 8 hours later and I am finding his assistance invaluable.

I received excellent customer service from Michael even though he knew I received my aids from the VA. My right aid stopped working and another Starkey dealer suggested sending my aids back to Starkey for repair. This would have meant being without my aids for a week to ten days so I called Michael and he said to drop them by for him to look at. Less than 24 hours later he called to say he had repaired the problem and I could stop by to pick up my aids - at no charge. Aids are working perfectly and I want to thank Michael for my not having to be without my aids for an extended period of time.

Michael Beasley gave a very informative presentation at Sweetgrass Memory Care Facility in Mt. Pleasant. My Mom & I took advantage of the free earwax removal provided by Michael. It was quite unique to see a real time video while Michael removed the earwax. It was literally a painless experience. If we need further wax removal, we will return.

We had just moved into town from out of state. During the move one of my hearing aids was damaged. Went into their shop and they immediately jumped on it and made the repair on the spot. Not only that gave me a complete exam with some of the most state of the art equipment I have ever seen, and I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years..Every one was so friendly and competent, I recommend them highly. Dr. Beasely was beyond best!! Outstanding communicator! He was systematic and thorough in his interview, examination and wrap up explanation. I cannot think of anything he left out as he interviewed me, examined and tested my hearing and checked my ear canal and ear drum. Michael was very knowledgeable about his products. He took his time explaining the whole process of hearing aids. It was neat seeing the inside of my ear!

Visiting from out of state, had my hearing aid dome come off in my ear, needed to get it out. Called Connect Hearing, they were able to get me in right away. Dr. Beasely used a scope/TV camera to look into my left ear, while I was watching on the TV on the wall. The dome was there, I watched on tv as he plucked it out with tin forceps. Fun to see inside my ear canal! Dr. Beasely and staff very friendly helpful, & no charge. Seems to be closest hearing aid place to Isle of Palms, where we were staying.

Very professional and helpful. I switched from another hearing center about 2-1/2 years ago when it was The Hearing Shoppe. It was good then - better now. I switched my mom to Connect Hearing also. I highly recommend this business
