AMAZING EXPERIENCE! WORTH A SHORT DRIVE FROM KNOXVILLE (if that's an option for your vehicle situation)!!! The entire staff was courteous, professional, and, knowledgeable. DUSTIN, my mechanic, was trustworthy, honest, saved me money, AND repaired what was truly wrong with my vehicle that even the dealership got wrong. TIM, the owner came out as I left to make sure I was pleased with everything & was more than polite, he was genuinely happy that I was so pleased with their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are awesome. They did excellent work. Were very friendly. The second time we brought our Jeep to them, they looked into our problem and figured out that it wasn't even a problem. Instead of charging us to look into it or scamming us with unneeded repairs, they were honest and let us go without a charge.
I would highky recommend them.

My husband and I were heading home to Ohio and our truck's starter died. With one short phone call, Tim and Rob came to where we broke down. Tim called a tow truck when he figured out we needed a starter. Tim, Vicky, Rob and Andy made us feel so welcome at the shop while we waited for the starter to be delivered and installed. As busy as they all were, they took the time to get us back on the road.
So professional, great work, and so caring!
You just dont find people like that anymore!

Installed new radiator in my Jeep. These guys deserve 6 stars bc they did such a great, honest job. Farris Jeep in Jefferson City, TN straight ripped us off for $800 really. But at Tim's they figured out the problem (needed new radiator), completed repair, showed my wife (she took it in, I was at work) exactly what was really wrong AND what we'd been duped on by Farris. All while being professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Tim Wilson Auto will do any further repairs on our vehicle and I'd recommend all of y'all go to him and his guys too. Best experience I've ever had with any shop.

"Free Tire Services" wanted a minimum of $89 for an alignment for the life of my tires.
C&D estimated about $70. But Tim Wilson here not only estimated $50, but even did it for less; maybe because I was so kind, maybe my '08 Toyota Camry was easy to work on. Either way, for $33-- I hafta tell my neighbors!

They took their time to make sure there were no other problems.

I had an emergency while in the Hwy. I googled the closest mechanic and drove to Tim's, I got very lucky, him and his crew were great, I was in and out his shop in no time, the problem was identified and fixed in less than 30min. meanwhile Tim told me stories and I learned a lot more about the town's history, Now that I have a property in Rocky Top I will definitely go back to Tim's.

Tim's is a great local shop. The guys were amazing. Treated with respect, not like most small shops that treat a woman like she is a moron. Wonderful experience, a little pricey but worth it.

I took my vehicle in for a repair thinking it was the alternator. They quickly diagnosed the correct problem, AC Compressor & harmonic balancer, found parts for great price & saved the day! I would recommend them to anyone! Quick efficient service!

Very nice, courteous, great prices and honest. I took my 2000 Cadillac in for trans line repair and my 2007 town and country in for brakes and an oil change. Highly recommended.

Wow, this is probably the best repair shop I've been to. Broke down on the interstate on Christmas night and they had me back on the road before 11 AM the next day. Prices were great. I wish they were closer to where I live.
