RCB Bank

Been with this bank for over 25 years and I love them! Excellent customer service! I’ve even been working in the banking industry for 20+ years at other banks, but I keep my accounts with RCB because of how they treat me. Also, I love the new Coweta branch. They have an excellent consumer lending group that treats you fair and like they truly care about you individually. LINDA is also fantastic!

I’ve been with RCB for over 20 years. Never had an issue and I would recommend this bank. I especially love the Coweta branch because it’s not busy and you can always get right in. All the employees are very friendly and helpful!

This is a great place to bank. I feel welcomed by the staff every time I walk through the door. They help with any questions I have and make sure I walk out satisfied. Highly recommend banking with RCB.

RCB Bank in Coweta has the feel of a hometown bank with the friendly staff, and the tools of a big bank.

Mrs. Caves has done an awsome job helping me with all the issues I've had. If you need help I would suggest seeing her. She has a great attitude, always friendly and helpful.

All the people are extra friendly and very professional especially Hailey at the drive thru

I have so many bank accounts back in New York or east coast! So easy to open a bank accounts any banks. I never heard you need a good credit score to open an accounts here 😆 🤣
Couldn't open an accounts for my son bc his credit is not enough lol. My son has 2 bank accounts back home and it was easily open never an issues.
My 1st time I open an account here, I didn't know they open my credit scores and they didn't say anything about it. Guess my credit scores was good! The good things is, very nice staffing. I just don't like the policy about credit scores that's all!
It reminds me of 1990, so behind technology! 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣

RCB… That’s My Bank! NOT ANYMORE!
My Bank, that will gossip about there members personal lives amongst each other and form a click against you so toxic you are helpless to to anything but be at their mercy.

My Bank, that allows a new employee of 2 months to tarnish the relationship of a member of 8 years because she knows you personally and doesn’t like you!

My Bank, that will put an excessive hold (13 days) on a cashiers check that can easily be verified on a well established member in good standings.

My Bank, that will then force you to close your account because you had the audacity to question the motive behind the excessive hold.

My Bank, that will tell you “because we can” when you have the nerve to ask why they are doing this.

That’s My Bank….. NOT ANYMORE!
I will not be recommending this bank to be your Bank!

A Bank that abuses power.
A Bank that shares personal information with each other about members.
A Bank that does not care about the integrity of the bank as whole, if they do not like you or you question their actions regarding YOUR money.
I highly recommend using any other bank!

BEWARE of using this bank. They discriminate, gossip and use unethical tactics to force you to close accounts if they don’t like you. Particularly Linda Johnson but they all follow along in this highly toxic behavior. Please beware! I highly Recommend using ANY OTHER BANK other than this one! It’s a shame this one branch is putting such a bad name to RCB. I’ve banked here for years but something has changed within the walls of this branch. 0/10 would not recommend

Extremely Disappointed with RCB Bank and Employee Linda Johnson

I am profoundly disappointed with my experience with RCB Bank, particularly due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by employee Linda Johnson and the overall negative culture within Coweta and Claremore branches.

Firstly, let me address the blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by Linda Johnson. Throughout my interactions with her, she exhibited a rude and dismissive attitude towards me as a customer. Instead of providing assistance and guidance, she chose to engage in gossip and speak disparagingly about other customers behind their backs. This behavior is not only unbecoming of a bank employee but also reflects poorly on the integrity of RCB Bank as a whole.

Furthermore, the toxic culture within RCB Bank branches became evident as I observed employees talking rudely about customers in other branches(Again specifically Coweta and Claremore branches). This lack of respect for customers is appalling and raises serious concerns about the ethics and values "supposedly" upheld by RCB Bank.

The final straw came when I was forced into making unilateral and a vindictive choice regarding my active bank account. Instead of offering viable solutions or alternatives, Linda Johnson and other staff members pressured me into closing my account with little regard for my concerns or preferences. This coercive behavior is unacceptable and only serves to further tarnish the reputation of RCB Bank.

In conclusion, my experience with RCB Bank and Employee Linda Johnson and the overall branch practices has been nothing short of disappointing. The lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior, and coercive tactics employed by employees reflect poorly on the bank's commitment to customer service and integrity. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider banking with RCB Bank until they address these glaring issues. I will be using every professional avenue to let as many people know that RCB bank can not be trusted to have the customer's back. And I will no longer be saying as RCB Bank puts it: "That's my bank!".
