I have been coming to H & R Block for 14 years And they are always good.However this year They have bent over backwards To help me find my refund, And to help me figure out when it was coming Due to the IRS being so behind because ofEverything going on this year.They even started calling the IRS for me when I couldn't get ahold of them

Have always used y'all with no issues. But you do need to fix a glitch for some reason my appt. That I made from the app was set up for Australia.

Angela Washer, Period! She is not JUST a tax preparer. She has an ear, an education, a counselor's couch, a calling. She sees your paperwork as a challenge & takes it as a 50 yard line scrimmage to a goal line with a strategy as she goes. Any automoton can be taught how to fill out a form: it takes an ear, a brain, a heart, a will, a spirit. It takes an Angela Washer. She let me ask questions when I wasn't sure, repeat when I needed clarification, cry to release. That's Angela Washer. God made only 1. He made a really good 1.
