I’m not going to mention any names BUT. My experience was excellent. I’m always impressed with the staff. The agent was learning, she was perfect and got my business done perfect. I am proud to be a member.

I recently posted a negative review for the manager at the BA office. I was partly to blame for not being clear on my request. Katie was right in denying writing a note for me to another mortgage company.
Katie talked with me and explained that she didn’t understand my request. I so appreciate her talking with me. She was very courteous and nice with me today. Look forward to many more years of great service.

We came in on a Saturday at 9 am right as the bank opened. We worked with Devon and within 1 hour we had our loan and out the door. The bank really did a great and professional job. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I have not banked here, but I utilized their notary services. I came in and they got my document notarized quickly. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

I went into the branch on a Saturday morning with a bucket with over $200 in coins that I needed changed. They didn't have a coin machine, but the ladies manually counted and rolled them for me. My regular bank wouldn't even let me in the lobby on the weekend and it was difficult for me to get there during the week. They went above and beyond.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, offers checking account as close to what we had in Illinois as possible. All around great experience.

I joined CFCU when they acquired my local credit union. The transition was seamless, and they even retained some of the employees from the old credit union I was with. They recognize me when I come in, and they’re always kind and welcoming. I’m most impressed with their fraud prevention, which some may say is a little over zealous. However, as anyone who has ever used Wells Fargo before will know, it’s a welcome inconvenience. I would definitely recommend CFCU, particularly the Broken Arrow location!

The staff at the 31st Street Branch are awesome.....Leann, Sammy, Kiersten, and Sarah.... they are always helpful and friendly... we live just as far to another branch as that one but we always make our way to their location without a doubt they are the best!
