Pop's Barbeque

This has to be one of the best places out here on the road to eat BBQ ribs at!!! The flavor, tenderness, and sides just hit the spot!!! Tuesday all you can eat ribs and fried chicken on the buffet!!! They keep it fresh!!! Price is about average for on the road but the food, man, the food... .. ...if you go away hungry, that's your fault!!! The atmosphere is welcoming and the employees are nice and helpful!! Thank you for asking the cook!

Best BBQ around! We drive all the way from Madison, AL just to get BBQ here. It’s the best around we have found.

This is a nice place with a local feel, definitely not a tourist trap. Friendly faces and great food. I'm a big fan of their country ham.

Very clean with a friendly staff. Not the largest selection on there buffet. But they definitely make up for it in quality of food. And as a Truck Driver who don't get a huge selection out on the road. I can appreciate that.

The best buffet I have ever had. The chicken was perfectly seasoned. The meatloaf tasted like my Grandma made it. Perfect. Everything was made with love and you can tell. I can't wait until I'm back in the area. Only complaint would be I didn't get more food to go. Lol. Please keep up the great work.

This place has the best food i have had on the road. 10/10 you need to come here if you have the chance. Best BBQ ribs I have had the pleasure of eating. Chicken is full of flavor all the way through.

If you love great home cooked meals, pizza or just good dang BBQ, then this is the place you wanna come! Awesome, hardworking waitresses and plenty of seating for your big family. They also have a decent size buffet and salad bar for those who can't decide what to get off of their large menu. Highly recommended!👍👍

Best fried chicken in TN, the stop I’ll try and make again

Staff was pleasant and the food on the buffet was hot and fresh (something I can't say about many buffets I had).

My waitress was awesome she was prompt curtious sweet and welcoming. The place is clean the floors and tables are all clean has a great family atmosphere the food is awesome full of flavor and just deliciously cooked! I am definitely coming here again. I have finally found my favorite steak restaurant!!! I love this place.

Great food, good service! Best Cole slaw I've ever had in my life! Connected to a gas station right off the highway. Perfect spot to fill up your belly, and your tank. Also take a break and stretch your legs.

I'm from Wisconsin so anytime I go through Tennessee I try to find bbq. I'm not an expert by any means but one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've had. Coleslaw was very good as well. Reasonably priced and right off the interstate. I'll be back!

Real Cowboys eat here. I enjoyed overhearing their shop talk which consisted horse wrangling tips and problems.

When we couldn't decide on the soup the waitress brought us samples of each! Now that's downright friendly.

The soups were thick and delicious.The chili is great for meat lovers.

I was traveling through Cornersville to pick up a car part elsewhere, and stopped here for the restroom. We saw Pop's and thought to ourselves, "we should eat lunch here if the timing works out on the way back". It did, and we did. The server was pleasant, and the pricing was reasonable. I'd give the food(including barbeque) a 7 out of 10. It wasn't the greatest bbq I've had, but was pretty good. BBQ has a broad, sliding scale, so it's difficult to rate highly. Still, I'd stop back by here again if we're ever in the area, and I'd recommend others to.

The ribs are honestly the juciest most tender ribs Ive ever.eaten. I've never.left a review on my life. This one was obvious it needed a review l. I wish that chef the best. He absolutely killed.the ribs. Also a full rack for $10 can beat that at.all!!

Oh my god. I cannot rave about this place enough.

We were heading to New Orleans from Cincinnati. Pop's happened to be close to pur halfway point, and we needed gas and a meal after having already driven close to 6 hours.

The waitress we had was so so sweet. She was quick efficient and honest about what dishes she did and did not like.

In the end I went with their pulled pork sandwich and french fries. She brought out all 3 sauces so we could try them all. My favorite ended up being the sweet heat, and by god that stuff was just the best. I ended up liking ot so much that wheb i left the restaurant to go to the other side of the building and pay, i grabbed 2 bottles of their sauce to take home, and its just as good as it was at the restaurant. I ended up making,my own pulled pork sandwiches.

I was so bummed when we were returning home, as we rolled by Pops around 3 in the morning, and they werent open. What I would,have given for another one of their sandwiches.

Their sweet tea was excellent. Their gift shop got a whole lot of my money. But I had some happy parents and a very happy child,when they tasted that sauce and got their little trinkets.

Check this place out even if you dont stop anywhere else in Tennessee, this place deserves a nice look.

I'm an eclipse traveler. I stopped with a friend, ran into another friend, and had the hot bar. The pineapple ham was good (I'm a ham radio operator, imagine that). I had meatloaf, and the kraut n sausage. Pretty darn good food for a quick park and eat. :)

I love Pop’s BBQ . I drive from Cullman AL just to eat there. I always look forward to stopping in shopping and eating a BBQ sandwich. Today I stopped in and it was all blocked off and the police was sitting in front of the place . I was so disappointed.
Why are they closed ?
