Pretty standard. They are decently quick most of the time. It's rare for my order to get messed up. Sometimes there's an issue with freshness but it's mostly okay. Always friendly.

Had a wonderful experience this morning. A lovely lady named Donna was very polite with greeting me with a courteous smile and a friendly attitude this morning. I ordered ahead on the application and all the team members already had the beverage prepared before I even arrived. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. They have a baby station. The front lobby is very clean and nice. The aromas in the restaurant smell very good and crisp this morning like fresh biscuits, bacon, sausage, pancakes and coffee. Thank you macdonald's and the city of Rogersville. Were Lovin it.

I got friendly service and fast service at this visit and my frappe was just right

My card wasn't working due to computer issues, which caused me to be a dollar short & the amazing lady in the drive-thru let me borrow a dollar. If it weren't for her I wouldn't have been able to get my order. The food was good, as most the time it is. Thank you, it seems like nothing but little, good deeds like that show me there is still Good people out there.

Many of the regional McD's seem to be in a rush and just slap the food together. I don't do fast food very often any more, but Rogersville McD's is on my list of good fast food. It looks and tastes the way it is supposed to.

I mean it's McDonald's, hard to beat when it comes to fast food. Super friendly staff and willing to help with my order.

The staff there have no bedside manner. They look like they hate life. Like I know it's a job but seriously.

My daughter loves McDonald's and she loves their crispy chicken wraps and the slushies. My son will eat almost anything on the menu, but this time ordered a McChicken and a Sweet tea. I love their parfaits so that's what I ordered and a large sweet tea. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Great fast food place 😊 I'm sure I will be returning.

1st time ordering from app and picking up at drive thru. Quick and easy

McDonald's is McDonald's; however, they've introduced bacon onto their burgers and started grilling the quarter pounder, Fresh! I have had to wait the 3 times I've order it. Let me tell you, the quarter pounder is pretty yummy, especially with bacon. Pleasantly surprised!
Oh, and drinks, any size, are a $1!

I'm pretty sure Nicole was the manager, very polite very professional and very very nice. Over all great service. And that's coming from some I that really don't like McDonald's, but this place was great.

This is one of my regularly visited places. They have great food and healthy options as well. Friendly staff and great service. I haven't had a bad experience either. Great place for family and friends.

Enjoy getting a fresh hot meal everytime. Need to keep the ketchup filled though.

Fast service food was made just like we order nice employees all around good experience
