Let me start this by saying that I was not a big fan of the dentist. When i was younger I had some bad experiences with dentists that put me off going to them for years and years. Because of this my teeth had got into a pretty bad state.

One morning about ten years ago i woke up with an abscess on my tooth and had to go for emergency surgery. While i was there they removed seven other teeth. The price at the time they quoted me for implants put me off getting them so I’ve lived for the past ten years with only really 3 to 4 functioning teeth for eating. Needless to say i made it work!! Until one day last year in August my wife said enough is enough and we need to get your mouth sorted!

This is where Fortune and her team come in. My wife said let’s just talk to her and see what she can do and what she recommends. I of course was reluctant at first but i caved and said ok.

So we went for a consult and at first honestly all I wanted to do was leave!! But I stayed and as Fortune began to explain the possibilities and what she could do I felt a little more comfortable with the whole process. So we set a date and began the process of giving me back my full set of teeth.

So to cut a long story short ( I could ramble all day 😄) six short months later after one surgery, a couple of implants and a couple of bridges later I have my full compliment of teeth back. It’s a few weeks now and I am finally getting used to eating on both sides of my mouth angain and not just using those few teeth I had for many years.

For me, having a full head of teeth again is great, but more importantly is the way I was treated at the office. I was at ease the whole way through (her staff are great). I live five hours away from Fortune's office and had no problem making that trip each time for procedures or check ups.

I had a great experience at Randolph Family dental. They got me in right away as a new patient. I had to take my baby as it was a last minute appt and they were great with helping with her as I took my X-rays! I also get very nervous while at the dentist but the assistant was wonderful with me the whole time! The doctor was very thorough for my exam. Overall great experience!

I have been coming to this office since 2020. Dr V has always taken care of me. The staff is amazing and very communicative and authentic. I always love walking in and seeing La Gail’s shining face.

I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed here and shortly after received fast braces. I had 0 issues. They even did a follow up call a few times to check up on me after my surgery, which was unexpected.

I would highly recommend this company. I usually am anxious going to the dentist but they put me at ease (and provided me with a comfort blanket 😜).

This place has me looking forward to my next visit! (lol ok maybe not, but it’s definitely a great experience at the dentist) The team of professionals are really amazing. They take care of you as soon as you walk through the doors, during the exam, the payment process and follow up. The lobby is comfortable and has a family atmosphere. They have this cute coffee bar that offers coffee, assorted teas, etc., while different genres of music plays softly in the background. This team truly makes it feel so welcoming and relaxing that it takes away any anxiety. More importantly, I’ve had such an improvement on my dental care since I started a few months back. I only wish I had known about them sooner!!! Highly recommend.

Randolph dental is always a friendly and inviting experience! My son(now 5) and I have been coming here for 2+ years. They are always great with him and he loves to get his presents after his cleaning. If there is an issue, they always find a way to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment same or next day! I highly recommend!

“Everyone here at Randolph are super amazing and beautiful at their position.” I hear a lot of people saying they don’t like going to the dentist office, but guess what, I do! When I thought I was teething at my age(56), because I had a tiny piece of bone peeking from my gum. Monique quickly schedule me in for a painless fix! I recommend Randolph Family Dental, because after your done you can receive a cute stuffed 🧸 toy along with a soft warm chocolate chip cookies 🍪! It’s definitely worth a trip to this dental office!!!!

I've been going to Randolph Family Dental for about a year now, and I am very happy with the service I've received. My dentist is Dr. Vardeman, and she is fantastic! She's very thorough and makes sure you understand what she's doing when she gives you an exam. I also have to mention that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, especially Miss La Gail and Miss Monique. Miss Nikki was also great in assisting Dr. Vardeman during the check up and procedure. I would recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a new dentist ❣❣

Easy to schedule my appointment, filling out paperwork via my phone was nice and easy. Front desk was very nice and helpful. My hygienist was polite and explained everything to me, She was very thorough. Dr. V was very welcoming and explained everything she saw to me and made very helpful and easy recommendations.

There is nothing like tooth pain! Being able to make an emergency appointment and be treated like the staff really cares about my pain helped so much during my visit. Lagail and Dr. Vardeman could not have made this visit more pleasant. It was obvious that I was in pain and they moved quickly, meticulously. Paying attention to precise details given and understanding that something had to be done immediately. With caution and care as I am a BIG baby, they treated me like family!

Went in for a cleaning and had a great experience, staff at the front desk was super nice and the doctor was very friendly and explained everything. Very good experience with Randolph Family Dental (Dr. Vardeman). In one visit, they removed two older crowns and made casts for new ones and performed a tooth filling. Dental staff were very professional, courteous and sensitive to my needs. Office practices the highest health standards. I highly recommend this business.
