The Oasis at Golfcrest

Oasis golf crest received no tags on it last state audit. Federal investigators left no tags. Oasis is a place where everyone loves caring for their patients. The administrative staff are excellent leaders. Oasis is a place where learning can take place. Their main focus is the patient. The house keeping staff are wonderful the facility is kept spotless.The patient acuity is high but the staff is very skilled and highly trained From leadership to nursing. The Physical Therapy and occupational and speech therapist are the best.Patients come in with tracheostomy and ventilation tube feedings and are able to be weaned off and eventually are discharged to home. Oasis Golfcrest is five star.

Wow I am Impressed! From the administrator who gave me her personal number, to management, staff, and therapy. Y'all did a great job. I have not seen this level of commitment at another facility. Y'all went above and beyond. I highly recommend

We are very thankful we chose this facility. The nurses and aides take the time to talk to the residents and show extreme patience.

Staff doesn't care and are the rudest people. They're neglected the people they're supposed to be helping. Management is nothing but garbage that's needs tossing. They're not bathing the patients and leaving them in dirty clothing for weeks. Rooms don't have Air conditioner and temperature can get into the mid nineties. Staff communication skills are lacking in all phases. They're leaving the elderly isolated with out any stimulus. They're also good at being lair's. Many patients are being treated for infection being caused by the staffing not doing the jobs that's are needed. RUDEST PEOPLE! THEY'RE UNDER STAFFING THAT'S A BIGGEST PROBLEM! NEGLIGENCE IS A BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH NOT HAVING ENOUGH STAFF!

These people who work the night shift are very rude and don't answer the phone. We had an emergency and was trying to get in contact with my mother in law. We called and called until finally they answered. But they never delivered the message. So we called again until they picked up and hung up.. very rude people who don't care about people.

This facility needs to be closed down! Poor communication! Neglect! All they care about is the MONEY! The administrator won’t even talk to you. She sends someone else and they won’t talk to you either. If I could give them no stars, I would. All they do is lie! They say a doctor comes daily and checks all the patients. Lies!

I have dropped off patients here a hand full of times. I work for an unnamed ambulance company and the nursing staff had us wait hours for anybody to accept patient care. I am only reviewing this because this nursing facility had an impact on my life. I did not know that a family member was staying here, if I did I would’ve told them to removed her and find a different place.. now currently she is in the hospital due to negligence and neglect. She has a UTI from catheters not being changed, and was not taken care off or changed when she was supposed to.. this facility is a danger to those who it serves.. if you are looking into this faculty. Don’t.. your family member is in bare minimum hands here..

Under NO circumstances should you take a loved one to this facility. If I could give it no stars I would. I had to remove my relative after 10 days at this facility for negligence and neglect that resulted in me having to take her to the hospital for treatment. The staff is poorly trained and the administrator was of no help at all. She didn’t even come out of office when I tried to talk to her about my relative’s care.

Beware of this place. This is the worst place to place any human being or to work see for yourself if you must. Neglect, abuse, harassment, the list goes on. Ghetto ran down filthy 0 stars

No one wants to do their job. This place smells. The administrator has no clue of what’s going on. She justifies by placing the problem back on you when questioned.

Look good when u walk in but once you get to your room first thing I saw was roaches I ask for food they ignored me there respiratory tech lack knowledge I wouldn't go back if they paid me and what kind of nursing home does not have cable for patients to watch 3 channel only

If I could give it zero stars I would. Parent hasn't been given a bath in a week & they supposedly do it every other day.

When Parent soils himself they don't change him right away. 6+ hours if not until the next shift comes in.

I just can't believe how they treat those who need extra assistance while they are trying to recover. Just Terrible.

I have no idea how this place has a 5 star rating this is a joke. The poor receptionist just transfers you and the nurses never answer. Very unprofessional when you show up to ask questions about your family member they are on their phones and want to give you attitude. Floors are dirty nothing is clean like what is this? This place really needs OSHA to pay them a visit.

I don’t know how this place is even open …or how it could even get starts they should be shut down. They are careless and rude !

This place is half and half...I've heard ppl talk real bad about this place and found out they were telling the truth.
