Long John Silver's | A&W

My wife and I stopped for a little lunch after church. Haven’t been to long John’s in a while but the service and food was outstanding. Food was hot and fresh! Everything was delicious! 2 thumbs up to the crew that was there today!

Was so excited to find out they were open! It definitely needs work but food was all great. Staff was nice and attentive. Forgot to take a picture but they had a cute fish that would rise from a bowl when you’d walk in through the front doors.

Great meal with hot fresh chicken and fries.

Food was amazing as always. Atmosphere and service got 4 stars because it was around 11 am and stuff wasn't stocked. No napkins until we asked twice. The unsweetened tea was VERY weak to the point it was the color of weak lemonade. I spoke with the server and she said "our manager makes us use only 1 tea bag to save money"... what????
We eat there about 2 times a month. Hopefully the manager doesn't start cutting more corners!

I haven't been to a long john silvers in a long time. I went to lunch there today me and my son and it was excellent!!!!! The staff was very attentive and friendly you guys are doing a great job. There was a sense that the staff wanted our business and enjoyed serving us. Thank you. Will be coming here again.

Amazing! They were quick, friendly and customer driven! Quite busy considering it is Lent, but they handled it extremely well.

Food was hot, crispy and tasted great!

UPDATE. Changed 1 star to 5 because Joel is working on the solution and Joran hooked me up with some food. So, it's definitely something else working against me. I am back to being loyal to LJS for fish.

I love Long John Silvers!! Fish is amazing. Today it was hot and fresh!! They were out of rice, but that's ok because Darius was amazing!! Great customer service and very friendly and helpful!!

I had the fish combination plate which consisted of shrimp, popcorn shrimp, fish, chicken, coleslaw, hush puppies and fries. It was a lot of food. Cost was around $14. 🍤

They young man that helped me was awesome!!!!! Very helpful friendly and professional. I had a chance to speak to the Manger too. This was in New Braunfels , TX.

Initially I was going to put a negative review, but after Jason made it right, it’s only fair I give this establishment a well earned l, and most definitely deserved positive review! Not only was Jason polite, but he also kept a positive attitude with me! The way handled the situation was nothing short of spectacular! Jason is a true star and the reason we will continue to visit this location!!

I had another great experience at ljs this afternoon. Employees were friendly and happy. The food was very hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean.

Idk why people complain, this place has always been good for me and my family. Food is fresh, tastes good, the staff and manager is nice and friendly. Place is clean. ♡

Came in today to dine in, there was alot of people in the car line and multiple inside, the gentleman taking orders and giving the orders was super nice and kept a good welcoming attitude even with all the rush, this man needs a raise ! Food was hot and very fresh! ( receipt says jason i did see he had a cross tattoo) not sire if the name on receipt was correct but if so he was very nice!
