I would recommend this location. Kind and courteous staff as well.

For fast food this place is impressive. I feel like the manager should probably be in fine dining the way he takes care of people. The food was good too but the service is what brings me back.

This is a great Taco Bell. The food is always good and consistent and the staff is always super friendly and kind. I have only had good experiences at this location. They either have a very good manager or a very solid team (or both!) Stellar customer service and good food.

Manager Ken is a great team leader, delivering excellent food and service, communicating well with his team and ensuring sanitary practices. I visit many Houston Taco Bell’s, and 5211 34th is by far the best.

The LUNCH TIME manager there really takes care of the customers like he's cares... he'll talk to people who are waiting, and make sure the food is correct and fast... I've been going to this location twice a week on average for the last 2 years.

For a Taco Bell the service is amazing. We drive thru here once a week at night and get the friendliest and most efficient service! We always leave talking about how nice the staff is. Thanks for being lovely.

I do not go here usually but after this trip maybe I will. The manager gave me a free meal when my order was slightly off. Really wish I had gone earlier . I am no longer in that area. Great staff ,fresh food made quick.

Me and my man went to the 34th location last week and we're very happy!! The cashier Aeric was very helpful and polite. Her attitude and customer service was outstanding! She has skills to be a trainer or even in management! The tall black manager on duty that night was also great, we forgot his name. Great experience and good food!!

This young lady who the manager mentioned after the fact of compliments, about her professionalism, and all the other assets missing from so many fast food chains was outstanding. This
building needs revamping, but this young lady is your companys asset.

Came here for the first time in like five years. We never eat Taco Bell. Needless to say, we will go a little more frequent. The employees at this location were great! Everyone spoke to us, they were happy to be there. The person who took our order was kind and patient, the people preparing the food took pride in their job, the food actually looked better than it does in the photos! What a great experience from a fast food chain!

This is by far the best Taco Bell location I have been to. Always quick and friendly. The manager Ken goes above and beyond at providing excellent customer service!
