Avid Storage

They may be a little high. But my items were in here for a year. The lady worked with me greatly. None of my items had any issues and just overall very nice management. I reccomened it for anyone in town!

I called for a unit in Italy. The manager (Faye Deatherage) scheduled an appointment with me. It was rainy today; but she drove from Arlington to Italy to meet with me to do the paperwork. She was friendly and I felt good about storing my things there.

My experience with move it self storage is great mr Michael is very nice and has great customer service. And willing help with all your storage needs .call move it self storage and they will treat you right.

They are reasonable nice size storages. And the manager is very sweet.

Convenient, close to home. I've had unit here before and it went great. This time it has seemed a bit shady. IDK how to explain. There was a high dollar gun case in the dumpster. It has been pride open, sans gun and it had some kind of lock that had been removed. Maybe a week before a fellow renter had been broken into and alot of really good stuff was by dumpster. Fortunately the laptop that had been thrown in dumpster had owners names and I was able to return it to them.
The rats are no where near as bad as they had been before

On hold for hours. Hung up on several times. Office is in Arlington they do not tell this. They will not give number direct can't speak to the management they will not call back. Not helpful at all surprised they still in business. Bad deal. Would not rent from this storage there are so many to choose from that are extremely helpful

Drove down here with a load of stuff made an online reservation and no one is there to fill out paperwork or give you a unit. Had to find someplace else after driving 20 miles to this location.

Seldom can u get anyone to travel down to Italy to give any service.
