Inside the store was very very clean as well as the grounds. explained everything on the paperwork as well as accessing the codes. I’m glad I stopped there..

I had a flooded apartment so this was an urgent move. Darren and Candy took wonderful care of me. They put me at ease, and took me out to my storage unit. I could not have had any better customer care. They are both outstanding representatives! Thank you Candy and Darren.

We have been a customer for 6 months and I must say, I have been more happy with this storage company and location that I have ever been. The covered storage we use for our camper is big enough and not cramped next to the neighbor spots. We also rent a storage unit here and it has been great to use as well. No bugs in the storage unit either, so that is awesome! The team has been amazing and responsive to any questions or requests we have submitted. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and will continue to use them for our storage needs!

The lady that helped me was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, respectful and polite. She really did an amazing job in going out of her way to help me and she was the only one working at the time doing her very best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Great service!

The people at the storage were great however in fallow up email it says fill out survey for chance to win gift card but the survey would not let me finish so I didn't get chance to win gift card witch kinda sucked

We have multiple units here while we are building our house and the experience has been excellent. If it’s after hours and you can’t get someone at the office they have a call center that is extremely kind and sweet

We made a reservation a few days before. Today we actually rented the unit and moved in. Process was fast and easy. All prices were as quoted. The unit was spotless. Great experience.

Stephanie was very helpful helping us pick a location for our RV while juggling propane sales and truck rental. Great experience! Security is much improved over our last storage location as well as all concrete and asphalt surfaces.

The ladies at the facility are always very helpful and kind. The Hampton Cove location is always clean, and I feel safe going at any time of the day or evening.

1. The staff at the Owens Cross Roads location was very professional with the leasing of a space.

2. Not only does this location have a great property management team, but has one of best security surveillance systems I have seen at a storage facility.

3. Last but not least, this location is well maintained and the cleanest I have seen in the 20 plus years I have been leasing storage space across the country.

Excellent. Customer service was always extremely friendly. I really appreciate that the first call I received offered to shorten my access code to make it easier. That seems really thoughtful.
The unit was clean and easy to get to.
