My husband always go buy his work things here. We bought our washer and dryer on Black Friday, good deals and discounts. We applied for credit cards abs we got another discount. The upgraded our order for free since our order is not available. The lady help us makes things good.

While we were in, we met Juan who took incredible care of us. I asked if he was a manager due to his professionalism, he is not, but he should be!

We needed three replacement fire extinguishers for our church. I checked online and found a commercial grade extinguisher at 30% off and its location in the store. I drove to our local Lowe's and picked them up. I saved another 5% by using out Lowe's card. Thanks much...Dr. Bill

Awesome customer service! My new floors look great and my new stainless steel appliances are wonderful!!! I’m getting ready to do granite counters and a huge farm sink in the next few weeks! Next my kitchen cabinets after holidays. I have various team leads from the different departments giving me white glove treatment! Even the delivery guys rock and go beyond to help me! Lowes is wonderful to work with here on the southeast side of Huntsville!

This is my go to Lowe’s location and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially when it comes to loading up a big purchase.

Amazing, amazing. I purchased a fridge as I was in urgent need because home depot hung us out to dry. Courtney was great, I called and bought it over the phone and a day and a half later, fridge is in my home looks nice and I had a little issue. 2 guys from this store came to my house to help me with an issue. They turned it around in no time.

Found everything I was looking for as well a key fob battery I needed. Great store wiyh friendly employees

Employees are always helpful and friendly. I've purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer, over the range microwave. Delivery and installation is excellent. Lowes knows 😉

It's a great store, but while I was in there, all I could ever hear was the overhead intercom telling them that somebody needed help in the wire cutting department. Kept doing it over and over for some reason

Thank you Galina in returns for going above and beyond today when we had to return the plumbing parts because we over-purchased. Better to have too much than not enough. That way you don't have to stop working on your project to go get items you forgot. Anyway, she was very helpful and it was most appreciated.

I was in there on Apr 15 to purchase a washing machine and deck sealer. Sylvia was so friendly and eager to help me find a washer to fit my needs and one that was in stock. I was also trying to find stain for my deck. Zack was so kind and helped me to find what I needed and helped me to know how much I needed. The associates were so courteous and most helpful.

On contrary to the Gardening Department, every other Department contained knowledgeable employees. They knew exactly what I was looking for and then exactly what I actually really needed.

The OCR Lowes is not the store I normally go to, since we live on a different side of Huntsville. But because I was doing business in that area, store 2451 was my stop. First, this location is VERY clean and organized. And I really enjoyed the music selection! I bought mixed paint, painting tools, and drywall. The young man at the paint counter was helpful and informative. (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name.) John Michael not only helped me choose drywall for my project, but he also cut it for me so it would fit in my car. Deborah was the cashier who rang up my items, and she was equally as pleasant as the first two gentlemen. Its a shame that not all Lowes stores are managed as well as the Owens Cross Roads location. Thanks, team!

Always a pleasant shopping experience here. Never have to go far to find an employee to help when you need it.

Go see Sylvia at the Owens Crossroads location. Oh my gosh what a treasure! Extremely helpful and caring. Did a great job transitioning to help me in a department that was not normally hers. The 1000 watt smile she manages carefully is a pleasure too .. just sayin' ... 🙂

Don't usually shop at this Lowe's. But according to the app they had the electric box I was looking for. Only went in for 2 items. There were employees in both aisles that were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most helpful! May need to shop this location more often.

We love this Lowe's! All of the basic expectations of Lowe's, clean, well organized, extensive stock, and great prices.

Their garden department is truly a step above others. They are willing to really take the time to make sure you get what you want/need, or in my case, helping me figure out what is was that I wanted! I was new to this climate and no experience with plants here, and they were able to help me pick just the right items based off of the look I wanted and the effort I was willing to put on with upkeep. They are fabulous!
