Bedzzz Express

I visited the store in Owens Cross Roads with a good idea of what I wanted, but I wanted the help and advice from someone who understands the products. Thank goodness I went to Bedzzz Express, and that location in particular because Mark was there with all the information I needed but without giving me any high pressure sales tactics. He quickly understood what I was asking and directed me towards the perfect purchase in my budget, and he went out of his way to arrange for the quickest delivery and setup possible. I will definitely be back for any future bedding purchases and I highly, highly! recommend Mark at this store!!

I purchased two "Purple" mattresses. Mark P was very friendly and insightful. The purchase was flawless. Both mattresses were delivered on time. The two young gentlemen were friendly and efficient. They removed both old boxsprings as well as two old mattresses. I recommend you pay BEDzz a visit if you are in the market for a quality mattress.

I've been looking at beds for the past few days and have felt so much pressure from these other stores to buy now. I came in here toda, met Jackie and she was great. She was genuine and had me try several different things to help me find what I really wanted. I was able to find what I was looking for and felt no pressure at all. I highly recommend coming here first.

My Husband Paul and I went to Bedzzz Express on Aug 14,2023 in Hampton Cove .We got there just as they opened. Ethan greeted us, and asked how he could help. I had already knew what I wanted to look at, thinking i had done my research. WRONG LOL. Ethan suggested something different after asking my needs in a mattress, and showed us 2 different mattresses. We chose The Sealy King Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point Soft. Ethan was very knowledgeable and very honest , we didn't feel pressured in buying any specific brand. We spent over 2 hrs in there, rolling around on the mattresses, trying every pillow in the store till I found the right one. Unfortunately, they had a computer issue that morning, but Ethan said no problem!! We were going old school lol. And hand written our order. The District Manager then came in and introduced herself as Jackie. She had asked about our experience, backed up everything that Ethan had told us about the mattress.I talked with Jackie through the process on delivery. She is soo personable,very helpful through the process. I am so thankful that We found Bedzzz Express !!!!! Our mattress was delivered Sept 9th .
Delivery was great. The 2 young Men that delivered were very professional and courteous. I am finally getting the sleep, the rest I sooo need. If it wasn't for going to Bedzzz Express and Ethan, I would be sleeping on a ROLLED UP BOX Mattress. My body thanks you soo very much. Oh.......... And on their 1,2,3 Policy........ They are to their word. I found my mattress on sale, on their website for less than I paid. And was refunded the difference !!!!!!!!! Thank you So much Jackie !!!!!!We most definitely will be a repeat customers!!!!!! Mark was an awesome sales person. He spent a lot of time with us, answered our questions, and explained everything about our purchase.

This store is managed very well. They are very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and give an honest opinion of which will match your needs best. The service after the sell is also excellent. They truly want you to be happy customer and do everything to make that happen. Can't say enough great things about this store and Brian in Hampton Cove, Al.

Easily the BEST experience we have ever had when trying to purchase a mattress. Brian was a fantastic sales associate. We have been places where there is only one associate on the floor and help is non-existent, but Brian was an excellent multitasker! He welcomed and addressed everyone that walked through the door while closing a sale with one customer and pausing when needed to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and never tried to push the most expensive brand on us. He gave us all the facts and his ultimate goal was that we walk out comfortable and happy! We had our two little girls with us and thought we would be so stressed having them with us, but Brian easily made it the BEST and fastest buying experience! Thank you for a great experience! Brian is a true asset to the company!

Jackie made the mattress selection process so easy for us. She provided great information and kept reiterating that ultimately what makes the decision is what our bodies are telling us. We didn’t feel pressured at all to choose a certain brand over the other. We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive in a few weeks!

Sales representative was very knowledgeable and delightful to work with and we got a great deal on a really nice mattress and two stay cool pillows

We needed two beds for our new home. Brian listened to our needs, made sensible recommendations for both, had great professional advice for our concerns about our and our guest beds, and worked up a great deal on the entire purchase. After we received our beds, we realized the new bed was way taller than our previous and sat up too high on our frame. Brian facilitated a quick swap of our foundation to a low profile foundation that made things just perfect. Overall, the entire experience was effortless and friendly. Couldn't ask for more from a retailer.

Had the best experience with Jackie at bedzzz express. She was so kind and informative. We tried to see what sleep outfitters had, but it felt so uncomfortable in there like the atmosphere was terrible. Recommend bedzzz express!! Walked in found what we wanted nothing was upsold or pushed on us truly good experience!

What an easy shopping and buying experience! Brian was knowledgeable and very helpful. We walked in, found our mattress, and walked out in about 20 minutes with the deal completed. The base that went with our chosen mattress was back ordered, so Brian found us a comparable match that was available now. Highly recommend!

Bedzzz Express was extremely help throughout the purchasing process. Delivery was on time and went off with no issues. 100% would recommend them and use them again!!
