They have everything you need here and the store is clean, stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. The store's layout and atmosphere reminds me of the Kroger I used to shop at in the 90s, so it's a bit nostalgic and I like that a lot.

They have a decent selection of items to choose from. The prices are a bit high on some products. Staff every time I go is friendly.

Our Brookshire Brothers is a little pricey for lack of competition compared to the Brookshire Brothers in Crockett and in Huntsville but we have a nice selection and we're so blessed to have a grocery store still in this town

Nice little small town grocery store as most. Over priced when you're used to shopping in larger towns.
The fried chicken is what we usually stop here for and is always delicious.

Best breakfast lunch for the money. Their chickens is better than any fast food. Great meal prices.

Friendly staff and fresh delicious fried chicken in the restaurant/deli/dine-in area. The store was remodeled a few years ago after a fire. The store is always clean and provides clean restrooms for customers. The pharmacy area provides copy/fax services for a small fee. The store parking area is not that big. In the parking lot, there is a gas station operated by store employees. I think it's Citgo. A+ store.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! Great meat area too, ask for Erik if he is available. The manager, Mr. Lopez, is always friendly and helpful. Be sure and say hello to Peg at checkout!

Main grocery store in old downtown Magnolia.

Store is set up perfectly so u can plan ur shopping trip to get in and out quickly. The layout allows me to start on one end of the store, go down every isle, (if I need to or choose too) and get every item I need very quickly. Even with a long list of things to get. The shelf labels might be a bit hard to read for older people with vision problems due to the print being somewhat small. The isle markets above display summary of the isles contents in large bold print so easy to read and is fairly descriptive of exactly what's on the isles.
Cashiers have always been nice to me and the ones I have gotten have been very fast ring up my items with the baggers been about average speed but still very courteous and smile almost all of the time.
I would recommend my family members shopping there as well as using the pharmacy offered by Brookshire bros..
The pharmacy personal always look me in the eye and extremely fast when rigging up my purchases and are very attentive. With all pharmacy they get very busy during mid day and around closing but they still do their best to get u in and out as fast as possible. Has the feel of a small town pharmacy where ur made to feel the most important thing when helping u with ur needs. I do definitely recommend doing business with Brookshire Bros Pharmacy. Hope this review helps u make a more informed decision for where u chose to shop.

The employees here seem like family and the store is always clean. Employees are very knowledgable about the products they sell and are always willing to help. It's one of the cleanest and friendliest stores I've been to.

Above and beyond service! Due to an unexpected death in my family, I was driving out of state to a relative. I stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. I guess I was distracted enough not to notice my house key slipped off my key chain in the ladies room. The store tracked down my phone number from an attached auto parts loyalty card, called me, mailed to to my relative's home, declined any payment for postage and even sent me a Christmas card with it! Wow! If they're this conscientious with passing strangers who don't even buy anything in the store, shoppers should be very happy indeed!

Well my experience a couple days ago I bought some pork chops. And it was late in the evening. and so I didn't cook them that night so I figured cook them the next evening and my Lord I got them out of the box and notice 1/2 side of them have a family pack that were the bones were in the meat look green and God I open the pack and gag me so anyway I know a guy that works in the meat department and he told me how would they know that I didn't keep them in the icebox and I told him in one day time meet shouldn't turn green and slimy but I heard from other people having similar problems and they would not stand by it so I just throw them away but that one thing for sure never ever again well I bye meat there again. And a few other issues rather not talk about.

Its a nicer store since their renovation a few years ago. The ladies room could stand a little attention though.
They always seem to have what I'm shopping for.

Friendly service and a surprisingly large selection for a small store. There is a section with made-ahead food for busy shoppers on their own or for those who want hot dinner to take home.
